  Help!!!!! How do I get out of vacation?

  okay, so spring break is coming up soon.

  i just got off of the phone with my jw mother (i'm still in the religion), and i found out that although i'm in college and was planning on going somwhere else for my spring break, that i now have to go down to memphis, tn with her, my dad and my 2 non-believing aunts and 1 non-believing uncle in an suv from wisconsin.

  i then have to stay with them for 5 days while my granddad and my mom fight over scriptures (my granddad is a 7th day adventist) and do nothing.

  You could always go and argue a third non-biblical point of view. Present good reasons for not believing the bible and God. Watch sparks fly. Could be fun.

  Kingdom Halls and the no windows thing...

  very first post.

  go easy on me!.

  my question though is this.

  The kingdom hall nearest to me (which is a double hall) is a storefront hall, second and third floor. It has all sorts of windows.

  Then again, thinking back to my old hall, it had tiny little windows on the foyer, and I recall those windows getting shot up by bb guns. (and other guns too) It was in a more isolated place. Probably the isolation of the hall has the most to do with it.

  Going to the Circuit Ass this weekend

  need some suggestions on what i can do mentally, or physically if applicable, to pass the time.

  i actually thought of having another kid just so i'd have an excuse to walk around and not listen to the crap but of course they dont announce the assemblies 9 mos in advance normally.

  any ideas?

  recanting on a previous thread where i commented on the unlikelihood of ever meeting any of you... .

  i've just been advised that i will be shipped to toronto for training in a couple weeks.

  now, i'm not saying i want to meet anyone.

  I suggest we go somewhere cool and interesting. I recommend ..... well, I can think of a couple of nice-ish places depending on everyone's mood. I rather enjoy shanghai cowgirl. http://bovineclub.com/shanghaicowgirl/
  Its basically a diner with some interesting twists. Good food, food drink, pretty cheap.

  was hoping that someone could supply a decent scan of it.

  (its a cool chart anyways, would make some great t-shirts out of it) .

  Its in the book, In Search of Christian Freedom.
  iirc, the title is something like "Victorious through God's Organization" ... something like that.
  I think it might have been "Put Faith in a Victorious Organization", 1979 March 1st.
  And if you're going to scan that, could you also scan in Watchtower 1971 December 15 p.749 for me? I'm looking for that chart. :)
