by dezza inhya all,new here,mabe not the right place to put this but i gotta get it of my chest,i am male born 1961 and entered jw at about 4 to 5 yrs age,and from thereon my life took a step backward,everything from schoolwork to home studies was all related to jw,i have recently gone through a major breakdown(brothers included) and i think jw is the cause of this,i have got homaphobia,insomnia and a host of other mind deseases,little does one know when entering this torturous religion you will end up a freek,no r.i in schools well that was a big bummer right away,blood transfusions another one,my first play with a lovely girl had me in tears,i had to sit before the elders and explane what i did (did you touch her there,ect,ect,anyway ya get the picture).my mother is still a witness at the grand old age of 70,and i havent the heart to tell her that its a piece o s*** she livin with,and i done london bethal,so you all tell me this is a true religion or just something else that confuse and disorientate there customers.

Hello Dezza from West Cornwall, my names Mark, can relate, felt like shite the whole thing, true too, I felt like a right freak at school and also developed adverse mental reactions due I believe also to JW upbringing. I agree too that its a load of crap, totally, I'm with you on this one. Now? I am ten years further down the road and life has improved all the way. Sure, at first it felt like the loneliest experience on the planet being disfellowshipped and all, but here you have found many others who can really relate to your own story and personal experiences. Marijuana for coming out of Mind Control

i believe marijuana was very instrumental in getting me free from mind control.
that's how it happened to me,, i was at randy's site (freeminds) and reading an article on mind control,,,(when i'm stoned i like to read my comprehension seems to improve).

Unless you got so much going on in your life, your business etc that you realise smoking the damn stuff only hinders the progress you could be making.
Though I still believe wholeheartedly that HEMP could be a very very very good thing, but thats not the subject matter of this post. And ok, I won't deny that smoking weed for several years after leaving the borg, for a while, most definately at that time did help, but in excess or used unwisely, especially the superskunks with the hybrid amounts of THC, this only in the long term can worsen the problems and in the end is no solution at all.
I'm feeling very very well btw, cheers for asking.

driver steve tether received a parking ticket after workmen painted yellow lines under his car.. the men bounced his nissan micra away from the kerb, put down the markings and then bounced it back into position.. mr tether was then stunned to come back to his car in hull and find a 30 fixed penalty ticket on it.. staff at a nearby factory who had seen what happened came out to tell him and mr tether complained to hull city council, which cancelled the ticket..

My head tells me its a load of bollocks, anyone thinking that cannabis is going to help them get over mind control is goofy in the membrane, you need to get off that shit and as quickly as possible. I know I know I know, there ain't worse than a ruddy ex weed smoker telling ee how it is, but I too not so long ago thought as you do now, but its all bollickin load of crap, in the long run, this drug will insiduously creep up on you, and before you know it, all you're do is mong out all day and write fcukin crap, ask Valis, he knows.
From Celtic who has given up his damn weed habit this past 10 weeks, ruddy bollocks it is smoking that stuff, you think tis waking up your creative side, but tis what you don't know, is what you ought be worryin' bout boy (mate).
Tis ruddy bollocks I tell ee, smokin that crap, get off it and you're ideas and creativity will still shine through and clearer to, whats more, you're actually be able to act on your word rather than just staring into space without actually doing ruddy anything.

A Real Education versus Most Complicated Watchtower Study

i wonder looking back, here we were sitting through all those meetings week in week out, month in month out year in year out like some ruddy prison sentence, and we had to put up with listening to the most convoluted and elongated dribble / drivel possible, and some of those watchtowers and books in the 70's i recall as a child were dreadfully complicated, the parents running it past us over and over and over and over and over til we finally got the point and could explain it backwards, which perhaps might even have made more sense.. but there were a few articles which stand out as being particularly weird thinking, yes, even amongst the rest of the absurdities even, can anyone here recall any, those outstanding achievements in most complicated watchtower studies or book study chapters?.
the comparison then with my school mates getting a completely unbiased education, a real education whilst we / i had to put up with that bollocks makes my blood boil.
