prologs: Are they really enjoying perfect happiness, enjoyment,
pleasure and satisfaction. The years I spent in that nut house
something was always amiss and as I got older it became so clear
without reading Apostate material...
i realize there are ones who know it's not the truth and.
they are stuck, family.. as we go through life, we sometimes have the furtune to encounter.
people who are similar to ourselves in some respects, but older.

New Worldly: I agree, "Psychologically they couldn't handle life without it".
It's the same in my family. I hope the younger ones don't follow suit.
sorry, couldn't think of a better title for this post, without it being long.. i was thinking this morning,if ex-jws, who were born into the group less likely to join another religion after leaving.
vs. the witnesses who belonged to a church before joining the religion.. from my own prespective, being raised a witness,i have no intention of joining any religion.
and it seems that born-ins are less likely to join a religion after leaving the cult.. in my own experience,i think it's religious burn-out to tell the truth.
Unlike most here I was raised a Baptist, I became a JW as
a adult. After I left the borg I tried going back (Baptist).
Unfortunately I began to research the Bible, that did it for me..LOL

"we have the fortune, not furtune". Hells bell...

As we go through life, we sometimes have the furtune to encounter
people who are similar to ourselves in some respects, but older
than we are at the present. The most extreme fools are people
whose age should have made them wise, but no. Age 50 and older
you should have learn something about life, right.
Unless you live in a commune all your life I understand, but
50 and older as a JW and you haven't learn nothing about life.
I believe there is a large number of older people in the borg that
know it's BS>>
today he kept bumping in to (or rather dodging and weaving from) fellow witnesses.
he's talking about returning but can't figure out a way to do it without enduring a fair amount of humiliation.
i did not panic.
Your husband speaking to elders. I have five questions or
how many he may come up with, if you can show me just
one of my questions that I'm wrong and the WT is right I
will be at the next meeting.
I told my brother-law that a few months ago and I have not
seen him since. I ask about the UN, false dates, why so many
new light, decrease in numbers RF, increase in 144000 there are so
many questions to ask that they will not be able to answer.LOL
would you convert to islam if they were holding your head on a ax block, ready to swing the ax or sword to cut your head off?
we know there are people who died for their political and spiritual values, would you convert to islam to avoid death?
for atheists, can you justify conversion to preserve life since there is no life after death?
And you wonder why people are becoming fed up with
Religion..

I would convert to a KKK member to save my head, and I,m
black.
and by "cult" i mean any organized religious group outside of the mainstream--.
which one would you select?.
let's say you were compelled to remain an active member for one year--which one do you choose and why?.
Check out 6 Insane cults (that would probably be a lot of fun).
#1 The house of Yahweh, Buffalo Bill said "Satan is a woman".

The Raelian Movement, guys.
Founded by a dude who appears to have stolen his clothes
after a stint as a extra on star trek. He's a Frenchman who used
to be a cabret singer and a race car driver, a little cooler
than a carpenter like Jesus or a jolly fat man like Buddha.
All of this was prior to meeting an alien named Yahweh, who
told him about the origin of mankind as well as offering him
the service of several furturistic SEX Robots.
Membership in the tens of thousands. That's for me.LOL
