Ballistic why not just ask her what the deal is? Ask her if she is intrested and if she is great, and if not move on, as they say "there are plenty of fish in the sea".

about a week and a half ago we hired someone to work at my office.
up to that point only my boss and i worked here, however we realized that there was a lot of work that had to be done and we needed help.

Thanks for the advice Brenda, I guess there are not many people willing to do this kind of work which is weird because it pays well. About a week ago we got a call from another agency wanting to know if anyone here was intrested in working PT for them.
I hope we can find someone soon there is too much work and I don't know if I can handel all of it.

I am a midget (well not really) I am short and I sound like I am nine when I am on the phone. Also I am not mean unless someone crosses the line in which case watch out! We have a ton of fun in my office but we are also very serious when it comes to work.
We run an insurance agency it is not hard work when you learn to do it. All we needed her to do was filing, take payments, do binders and endorsements. Things that are not hard to do but sometimes do not get done because we have 50 other things that are more important.

1st step?
by daniel-p ini am forcing myself to do this - i feel nauseated, depressed... my hands are shaking.
i know many of you see this and laugh.
but for those of you who arn't, you know how hard it is for me to do this.

Jehovah is not going to give you any proof that this is the truth. You are not crazy, confused but not crazy. It is so hard to doubt in all the things that you have been taught. For me the momment I began to doubt I felt the worst emptiness I had ever felt. Going to meetings was hard because even though you are with the brothers and sisters you still feel empty and alone. What makes it worse is that you know you can not voice your feelings to those that are closest to you. If you do you could end up loosing them, that is a high price to pay for expressing your opinion and for asking questions.
Take your time, know that you are not alone and that we will be here for you.
