  To close the matter concerning his membership or not, we could perhaps conclude that we can definetily prove that he is an active and perhaps the best lobbyist for the Watchtower, that he has devoted himself since the beginning of his career to JW, and at the beginning only to JW, that he was so close to JW that he is member and director of one of an association very closed to the French's Bethel and that curiously this association has tried to become an counsultative's NGO before the European Commission, that he has personnally take position against the french's government policy concerning cult and has personnally implication concerning transfusion's alternative, but even with all this evidence, we have no definite proof, for example a clear assertion, that he is a JW.
  
  I think the matter is not here, for example you can read in french a medical booklet directed to Swiss Nurses. It is allegedly write by the nurse swiss association, in fact, the booklet say clearly that it is inspired from material of HLC

  What it is dangerous is that nurse are incited to be the attorney of the patient against the doctor, that they must called HLC when in emergency there are what they could considerate as young and inexperimented doctors. Concerning Big News of LouderBack, it is falsely said in this brochure that you can avoid transfusion in ALL medical situation and when you are in front of minor you must obey to the parent.

  Narkissos:Garay has an interesting career as an attorney and a lobbyist for the WT, but the first article you linked to (and perhaps wrote) is not positive that he is a JW. Did you come across conclusive evidence that he is?
  
  It is implicit, but i have no definite evidence, but how could you have his carreer and not be a JW ?
  
  He has never answer this recurrent question himself even if some have asked publicly ask him
  
  How could you be the secretary of a JW association which the president is the Bethel's doctor and not be a JW. In contrary to Aidafric, the AMS has not a seperate history with the Bethel, it has since the beginning some bethelite in his staff, and has been presented as an association of JW's doctor and lawyer, so how could we think that one of the three director of it, could not be a JW ?
  
  
  The first Seven years of the carreer of Garay are only in connection with JW. As you could note his cabinet was 400 meters from the french's Bethel. All his "specialization" are in connection with the judicial's history of the french's jw.

  Perhaps, because my english is awfull, you think that it is not really a big news. Another time we just see that the Watchtower, contrary with his claims concerning politic, has tried to infiltrate some international's organisation: One time it was the ONU, another time as Randy has shown it was the OSCE (as you can see the infiltration is far more than Randy has expected), this time it is the European's council.
  
  Garay was the attorney, who has deliberate lied in front of the European's council concerning Bulgaria and blood transfusion in 1998. But perhaps it will seems interesting to see another infiltration, this time concerning an international structure called... World Health Organisation...

  How could you be an active lobbyist without alert the "bad apostate". Remember the UN's story and the association of the Watchtower with the DPI. You are in 1999, and you don't want to be called hypocrit.
  
  Well, the French's Watchtower has created an "independant" association in 1982 where JW's attorney and JW's doctor collaborate to give information to the french medical community concerning alternative to transfusion. How could it be used to infiltrate the European's council ?
  
  You must try to affiliate it with the European Council, as a consultative NGO, and this is exactly what they had tried in March 1999:

  Alain Garay, is a jW, is the attorney of JW in france since 1988, is the secretary of the JW's association called Association médico-scientifique d'Information et d'Assistance du Malade (AMS).
  
  You can see that he is directly infiltrated as individual in the OSCE's structure as an consulting expert delegate by France concerning freedom of religion.
