she cycles back to you when things arent going well for her. you are her security blanket because there is history there. and in her mind since she doesn't see or interact with you you can be whatever she needs. she's selfish and manipulative. f#(% her. you're happy. the problem is that she is not. it has nothing to do with breaking up your happiness and more to do with breaking up her unhappiness.

So an old "friend" emailed me today...

by White Dove inafter loubelle's exercise thread, i thought it would be a fun idea to keep a log here and check in with everyone.. i walked 30 minutes yesterday plus after walked to the police station and the witch store about 3 miles away from the y.. food: .
breakfast: 2 pieces of toast: one with pb and the other with honey, coffee.
lunch: hardboiled egg, ham, cheese stick.

guest, I think your diet looks pretty good - spreading out nutrition over the whole day, starting with something slow burning and staying hydrated. Looks good. You are absolutely right as well. The scale is a bad measure. I'm guilty of looking too closely at it when I should be measuring myself with fat calipers. Clothes fitting is a good measure as well. Also how you look naked. What has helped me is before pictures. I call them goodbye pictures because I'll never look like that again. Good luck to you!

Accountability - Ate well yesterday. Not as many times as I should have but good balanced food. Started today with a protein shake, having my tea now. Did chest and back yesterday. Worked really hard. I'm up to 10 pull ups on my first round of circuits and 7 on my second round. If you saw how brutal the rounds are you'd be as happy as me about it. I cheated and didn't do Ab Ripper. I'll do it today before Plyometrics.
Goal - Down 27.5 lbs by September 13th which is a wedding that I'm attending and down 32.5 for a wedding I have to be in two weeks later. Overall goal is to be down to 205. One pound, one workout at a time.

protein shake for breakfast this morning with strawberries and no fat vanilla yogurt. i was bad and didnt pack my lunch but im going to make good decisions for the day
accountability is to do chest and back tonight and plyo in the morning to catch up from not working out yesterday
oh yeah... and i cheated the entire weekend. Bad, bad, bad. but it felt really good. so now its back to it.
