  these two opportunists (there is no other word) have set race relations in the us back 100 years.

  if only they had teamed up to encourage and facilitate education and job opportunities for their constituents as vigorously as they have advocated on behalf of casual and career criminals - we'd have a better outcome for all concerned.

  Not all black men are thugs. My husband is not a thug and nor are my three boys.

  I couldn't agree more! It's the 21st century people, we don't hang nooses from trees just because we don't like somebody. However, I do disagree with "several" kids ganging up on one kid, doesn't seem like a fair fight to me.

  I do feel like someone who would hang a noose from a tree in response to a black/white issue deserves an a$$ kicking, just not by 6 dudes.

  im studing the bible w/ a jehovas witness and i love it well i want to be a jehovas witness but im still not one yet but preety soon i will so i met this guy not to long ago and hes not a jehovas witness and i really like him he doesnt know i want to be a jehovas witness yet......................... will it be bad if i date him??

  Star Trek: New Voyages

  last night, the mrs. and i were priviledged to have been invited to see the premier of star trek: new voyages in beverly hills.

  this is a fan film, but it is not your ordinary fan film.

  though many of the actors are amateurs, the writing, filming and cgi were first rate.

  a jw friend of mine was speaking about the moment that witnesses "realise that it's the truth".

  they didn't say anymore... so i guess that they feel there is a pattern ??.

  I Raced For Life For DANSK!

  http://www.raceforlife.org/allaboutus/the weather was lovely, not too warm, and there was plenty of shade along the course.

  i managed to end up right at the back of the field, so i passed the start line about 3 minutes after the start of the race.

  i completed the 5k in 43 minutes, which i was really pleased about as it took ages to get past the walkers and get onto some clear road to jog.

  We Are Dying!

  this is my first post and might be my only post, not sure.

  i've chosen to "come out" for a moment just to talk about the 30 minute change in the public talk on sundays.

  my father and brother are both elders, this change was a blow to them they enjoy giving encouraging public talks to the friends.

  Welcome to the board Ophelia!

  From your posts I see that you have experienced here what I discovered two years ago....surprise. These are not the evil people we have been warned about, instead they are full of love and understanding.

  I know how you feel, for I have felt the same. Unfortunately, within the organization there is very little room for questions. What you are going through is something most here have experienced, an awakening. It can be both beautiful and painful.....many of us, myself included, have lost our families because of our questions.

  I wish you the best in your journey.
