Scapegoating is a practice of the old Mosaic Law and one of the influences of lying apostates and Judaizers that the Apostles fought against in the 1st century. In ancient Judaism there were instances of group sin where their sins were written down and tied to the beast and it would be sent off into the wilderness as a representation of sins being forgotten and gone. JW's do the same thing with individuals, usually in the form of "apostates" being disfellowshipped. These apostates are generally simple folks who opened their mouths about a group sin being performed under the guise of organizational unity. Nobody exposes a group sin in the org' without some serious repercussions for the "individual".
Some group sins are :
False prophecy, The 1872 Beginning of Christ's presence by C.T. Russell, 1914 Armageddon Prediction by Russell, 1925 Pyramidology/Armageddon prediction by J.F. Rutherford sparking his "Millions now living Will Never Die" campaign, 1975 Armageddon craze ("Freedom" book and Kingdom Ministry corroborations against college learning and finding a career. "You have only 90 months.")
A false prophet was to be stoned to death in early Judaism, yet all these predictions are excused and falsely camouflaged as a form of "mistakes" while "keeping on the watch". Such excuses make for a great group sin. However, it has always been the individual whistle-blower who gets difellowshipped instead. "Kill the messenger" has always been the judicial standard performed by the Watchtower Society's elders.
Practice of Spiritism, The "Pioneer Spirit has been championed for decades as a good and necessary thing, even for those who are not pioneers. It is a product of sorcery and club-mentality derived from false teachers during communist infiltration of the organization (WWII and later cold-war periods until today) and the "Young Pioneers" group of the communist party straight from the King of the North. At least one sorcerer is still practicing his deeds and has moved up the organizational ladder in service to the Watchtower organization as a traveling minister. Certainly there are more as the practice of underhanded compulsory service recruitment and maintenance is still rampant today. - Daniel 11:34 (Also see the Daniel book on these verses printed by the Watchtower Society)

When he handed me the check I actually gave it back to him. After looking surprised he scratched out the x-mas stuff and called it a "yearly bonus. God knows I deserved it more than the oh-so-eligible celebrators and drug addicts who he had to bail out of jail on more than one occasion just to get their asses back to work. Personally, I viewed it as a yearly bonus that I DESERVED, rather than the other jerks drug money. The only problem was he put "Christmas" bonus on my well-deserved bonus check. He understood, and the guy that was riding home with me said "I respected you for that."
So go figure.

I am on his side on this one, so kiss my butt if you don't like it. I lost a perfectly good grandfather to an overbearing Christmas step-grandma at 9 years old .

I like the old Pink Floyd the best. I play and sing "Wish You were Here" perty good. I do the 90's stuff too, like Chris Cornell, Alice n' Chains,STP, Pearl Jam stuff too. Always been into rock and roll for musical preference on my guitar. Don;t get me wrong: I like a lot of other stuff too, including classsical, but just for listening. I bet you do too.
Set me straight now, was Syd the original singer that the band had institutionalized?

Okay. Thanks, Purza. Should I fix it or get it gassed. I want to do the responsible thing, so if we are irresponsible then maybe we should gas it. What do you think?

As hard as it is to cut a cats claws, no way in hell would I even attempt to shave a kitty. From your picture it looks like you may have more experience in that area than me?
Shaving a kitty is risky business for sure. After 3 tubes of Neosporin, several bandaids, and a newfound necessity for my old jock strap, as you can see we were successful at getting him prim and proper for the prom last year. He was valedictorian in his class, and is working on a PHD in psychiatry. Maybe we will send him to the org' to let him do some diagnosing. I think that if we just open the door and set fire to some firecrackers on his tail he will be able to cover as much territory as a pioneer on crack !

My 10+ yearold Tabby thinks he wants to run away, but he just goes out the door and sits down on the grass. He can't figure out what to do with himself when he has nothing to go kattin' around with.

Okie,
So how do those Persians do it anyway when their hair is so long. Seems like it wouldn't make any difference to THEM what sex they are when they can't even get any action anyway. Do the breeders shave them before mating them up, or what ?
