  in my kingdom hall people see me as rude but to me i dont understand how.for me having to talk to adults is not bad but for me its one thing if i dont know you and so i have my guard up at all times and i have a fuck off tone in my voice.but some of the brothers seem they like kids to much.. one more thing i have the a fuck off tone some times is because a lot of brothers i kinda know (hint kinda know) ask me about my school life.what i mean is not ''hey how's school?

  '' i mean and im not joking when i say i have been asked.

  Hi Akid, not sure how old you are but eh, totally get how you feel. Got my kids out when they were 5 and 3. Best thing I ever did and they didn't have to be brainwashed with lies. They have turned to be very well rounded people without guilt or fear in there early twentys now. Lets face it there are some real nosey buggers in that borg. Your probably living a double life, not wanting to give away too much lest you be judged by the sheeple or the elderlies.You may not be able to leave now, not sure but leave when you can. The borg is disgraceful and will find new friends, trust me. Cheers

  for the sake of this post lets call her "katie".

  katie is a former pioneer who suddenly stopped attending meetings and managed to be left alone by the elders.

  A drifter friend told me once that the dub is 'just a cross section of society' - with the do gooder anal types right through to the more reasoned ones. Perhaps this elderly was just a tad more balanced and good on him.

  He may believe what he said. That doesn't stop the bible smacking leaders enforcing their bullshit. The cult has NO right to cut families in half but there it is. It's real and it's disgusting but they claim they are following the example of Christ. WTF, I thought that dude was meant to be all loving and merciful?

  Shunning and the judging of good people is disgusting -(and although I am finally free of the years of brainwashing and no longer believe that the big A is coming),- if it did I would hope a great portion of these dicks get destroyed for destroying the families they have...

  nothing like the old hall it's built next to.. the small room in the video is the indoctrination education center.. the building is completed one year ahead of schedule.

  my guess: it's either much simpler than they originally planned, and/or they had more volunteers because nothing else is being built.. video is dutch, but nothing interesting is said anyway..

  Undeserved kindness

  just a side note that i found interesting and sort of upsetting, the wt that the jw's will study on sunday the 18th of september has the words undeserved kindness mentioned 50 in just 19 paragraphs.

  really they need to beat it into their people that they are very worthless and do no deserve anything from god?

  so much so that they use the words over and over, don't they.. lits .

  LTIS, yes they do need to do this to the sheeple to keep the mind-control of the cult alive and well.

  As soon a healthy person realizes that they are 'ENOUGH' then we can stop bowing down to the likes of the borg and work on our own self esteem and self love without the guilt and fear - just saying!

  so witnesses love using the scripture that says that "narrow and cramped is the road to life, and few are the ones finding it" as proof that they have the truth.

  yes, a small number.. yet they also love boasting about the "increases in numbers coming into the truth" as proof of jehovah's blessing of the society!.

  so, which is it?

  Funny isn't it that truth be told they are quite proud of the fact that they are a small measured group by numbers so they can carry on judging the rest of the pagans that don't want to convert as proof of their righteousness. They really haven't considered the fact that the 'goodnews' will never be spread to ' all the corners of the earth' ( and then the end is here etc.) There is probably a billion Muslims that have never heard of them.

  playing devil's advocate here.... what's the difference between the gb changing bible interpretations compared to parliaments all over the world changing laws?

  although the us constitution (=bible) remains untouched, congress passes i don't know how many new laws every year.

  and of course people are expected to follow them.

  Yes it is BAD. They say God's standards never alter. They use this defense in DF'D. All the goalpost changing since I left coming up 20 years ago is mindboggling. If God can't change his stance then how come the borg can? Because the are a man run NOT spirit influenced borg - hypocrites but I have enjoyed reading this thread, what fun

  it's a little dated but describes the self-proclaimed jesus of nazareth by the name of a.j miller.

  he was raised in the jw religion and was also an elder and pioneer.

  It does help steve2!! wowsers, funny thing is I wonder how he would describe his first appearance? ( he may have but could not watch all of the tripe ) but he was a short of stature, dark skinned bloke the first time around - backed up by many opinions/articles. I told my sis who is still 'in' that in fact he never did look like the white dude with flowing locks and beard as the racist borg paints him, she said ' how ridiculous' haha no in fact he's this Aussie dude now! .... yet sheeple will still follow

  Just come back to the site after a while. Interesting post and yes the simple humans I have meet who thought that they were one of a select group who get to rule over us were indeed simple and I just don't get why they would think that they would be any good at ruling anyone but hey the Big J chose them.

  I have to say though - every time I read a post from the brother Jeremy I cringe!

  Seriously Jeremy, I don't get it, you go out in the field service, no doubt put your homework in on time, probably stand up and do prayers and talks - the whole none yards yet you say you are into the BigJ not the borg but they are one and the same.

  I'm going to send you the bill for the thousand's of dollars I spent correcting my brain after years of doing the same as you are now! I don't get why you would come here and defend an organization like this, you may say you disagree with the borg but still want to represent God door to door but you are still doing it under the umbrella of this cult, that's right it is a CULT no matter what you say. You are not the only saved one's, you are simply wrong.

  Fantasy promises, a great social network and belonging - thinking that your life would have greater meaning.

  That's what gets them originally but as above no healthy well adjusted person with healthy self respect would join because they don't need congrats from others to be a good person, only the despots do otherwise the rest had no choice as children and you get stuck there out of guilt for family or friends.

  It's not till later on you see the damage from the cult control. I have two very well balanced kids 22 and 19 who luckily for them did not get the brainfuck for too long - yay
