  it's an article in the october 2006 awake ' protect yourself from carjacking'.. it gives the story of suszan and anika who were carjacked in south africa.

  Yes it was shocking. However the people responsible for the muders were caught and convicted. People are responsible for their own actions. To try to blame others is foolish.

  my son just informed me that his grandfather left him and his brother, (his only grandsons) , money for their education.. i had no idea, of the amount but it did make sense to me...a suposed $50,000.00 but the will was on a small personal computer and promptly erased by someone in my mom's kh at her request.. she has in the mean time shunned me, and low and behold sent $200,000.00 to the society.

  this tires me beyond belief.. thanks for listneing....i am feeling crazy!.

  I'm of the opinion that disco music SHOULD have been killed before it ever got started.

  To qoute some lines from an Everclear song:

  " I like pop, I like soul, I like rock but I never liked disco"

  COFFINS in the Kingdumb hall.....

  i recall going to several jw funerals as a small kid where the coffin had been brought into the hall, a service that must have been provided by.

  the funeral parlour.

  however, since the early 80s, i have never again attended a jw funeral with a casket present in the hall.

  Never saw a coffin in ANY kingdom hall I attended a memorial service.

  Actually memorial services at a kingdom hall seems to be a newer thing around here, in the past 5 or 6 years.

  Question about jw burials

  i have a friend whose mom was df'd when he was still a baby.

  his dad was a witness as well but sadly died when my friend was just a infant.

  his question to me on the weekend was why can't non jws (or df'd) .

  this story comes out of hammond, indiana.

  two buses carrying some 109 witnesses were involved in an accident that left scores with minor injuries.

  the first bus rear ended an suv; the second bus rear ended the first.
