seeing all these different people on this board, together with varying personalities, thoughts and opinions, makes me wonder about our reading and viewing material.. take the daily news.

if you watch tv, which news programme do you spend most time viewing and why?

the same question as to which daily newspaper you read, plus, does your newspaper have a political bias that attracts you?

It seems as if he has an all consuming obsession with bringing the US down - no matter what the cost or how many innocent people (even within his own religion) die. Sad.

We are new to our town and no one here knew I was an inactive JW (of 10 yrs I might add.) My family came for a visit & toured Patterson (VIP treatment and all - blech). Apparently now I am on the "Please come and save our daughter" list.

he then said he was reminded of the wanted posters out west, "wanted dead or alive".

the press followed up with a question if that meant that he wanted him dead and he said, "wanted dead or alive".

for those who are interested in "actually doing something" in the fight against the wts, other than posting to dbs, here is a recent us court opinion which does a good job of explaining that us homeowners have the legal right to forbid solicitors (including jws) from entering their private property, including explaining all the constitutional and legal issues.

although this case deals with an newspaper/advertising distributor, jws and "freedom of religion" are also addressed by this lengthy opinion.

failure to pray to mecca five times a day -- a requirement of the muslim religion -- is punishable by imprisonment.. women and driving.

drivers are prohibited from giving rides to women.
