Yes! I work at the Post Office and customers will actually call the Window Clerks a "F****ng B***h in front of a lobby full of people, including children. When the clerks page for a Supervisor, this one woman told me, "Darn right, I called her a B***h! And you're a B***h too!" When I told her to leave, she yelled "F**k you all!" Incredible!

Being rude is not only accepted, but expected.
by free2beme init is the christmas time of year, so what better topic then being rude.
as this time of the year, often brings the rudeness out, from even the nicest of people.

Do you have a relative or know someone who died over the blood issue?
by IW inmy nephew did.
please support barbara's effort to force a change in the watchtower!
please do whatever you can to spread the word about the essay and the watchtower's manipulation of facts that only serve to kill innocent children.

My grandmother. She died when I was five because she refused blood. She never saw me grow up, and I never got to know her. I have just a few memories of her getting so sick, and the funeral and crying myself to sleep afterwards.

OK, so we have the big news here on our groups, but what's the buzz in Witchtower headquarters? Are they alarmed? Worried? Scurrying to do damage control? Are they ignoring the whole thing, or blaming the apostates on the wicked internet again for lies, lies, lies, lol? Anyone heard any rumblings?

Misrepresentation
by quango inmy understanding of the "big snooze" is that the essay maintains that jws have misrepresented quotes from secular sources.
is this message board not an obvious misrepresentation?
it claims to represent jehovahs witnesses (in its title)yet the vast majority of posters are anti jw and many have been expelled.

Poor, poor def'd! Somebody must be tying him up at gunpoint and forcing him to log in repeatedly and then he gets sucked in! Yeah, right! He chooses to come here, over and over and nobody is making him.

Use NORAD to track Santa!!!! :D
by Elsewhere indo you have kids who pester you about where santa is during christmas?
well, here is your solution!
norad has a website dedicated to using their advanced missile tracking technologies for tracking santa!
-

Norad is dug into the base of Cheyenne Mountain, which I can see from my house! It is pretty snowy right now, and the spruce and evergreens look so pretty. All the local television stations have their antennas atop Cheyenne Mountain, and they feature a news story every year showing the Santa tracking room. Quite a few bears live up there too, so Santa has to watch out for them!

Lords evening meal/last supper
by cyberdyne systems 101 inhas anyone else wondered why the witnesses hold a meeting in order to 'keep doing this in rememberance of me' ?
since i was old enough to think and reason (yes i know how terrible!
) i could never understand why our 'celebration', the one thing important to true christians in the year, was another meeting!

My parents talked quite a few studies into coming to Memorial, over the years. Everybody watched everybody else like hawks. The poor confused studies would reach for the wine and the whole Hall would make like, one collective HISS! The deer-in-the-headlights study would whisper, "Am I doing something wrong? Am I supposed to pass it on?" and would be firmly corrected. Funny, I don't recall any of them coming back the next year.
