so last night we had the last book study at our house, next week all the congregations change around and i asked for it to be moved.
so i sat in on it, and afterwards we had a bit of a 'party'.
felt quite emotional really, although i haven't answered for a long time i put my hand up to read a scripture just so i could mark the last time i did this.

I am not this far yet, but three months ago we asked for the bookstudy (groupstudy?) to be somewhere else. We had it in our home, like you had.
And since then I never attended the bookstudy again.
I still visit the other meetings now and then. Yesterday, we had another historical low number of attendance: 24 (congr. is about 60 publishers.)
But they don't make me feel appy at all.
I'm glad for you you could make the decision.
it seems like everytime i come to this forum, which is very often during the day, there is another new person.

I can't remember how I found this site. I remember one day my mom told me about the UN.
The next months is one blur...I think I found every 'apostate' website available...and more scandals & coverups.
But I like this one. Lots of information, lot's of stories. I like the stories. They make me feel at home.

Oh yeah... we don't really celebrate, because we're still in...but my thoughts about christmas are a little changing, so the children can do whatever they like in school now, I won't punish them for doing some christmas thing.
But it's so sad... We are al retarded. Yesterday one of our children came home with a little wound ... she held a christmastree decoration in her hand and because she doesn't have any experiences whatsoever regarding christmas...she didn't know it was all glass... and so it broke in her hands and wounded her . She's almost twelve y/o. Isn't that sad? It hurt me, too.

the january kingdom ministry has two study articles and the the whole insert - all about how the what does the bible really teach is now the number 1 teach aid - no longer the knowledge book.
in fact the instructions in one of the sm items is to switch to the teach book as soon as possible with our bible studies.
it will be the offer in march and of course is being studied in book groups after the daniel book.
