  JWS AND A FLU PANDEMIC;SOME GOOD QUESTIONS!

  in the event of a flu pandemic , i believe they would ban public meetings,presumebly they would be no convections.. should jws go door-to-door as this wouls transmit flu door-to-door?.

  Sorry to come on strong E., but I think the JW work is at a standstill. They already say stuff like there is a greater cooling off at the moment(JW speak for the world has seen through the craps and is nolonger interested in religion as it solves no problems)
  
  But in reality the JW lawyers would probably try and contest it saying that the governemt is breaching their rights, but when they fail you will never hear about it in the KM.

  see any greek-english interlinear.

  the nwt translates the greek word "esti" as "is" every time it appears in the new testament (eg, mt 26:18, 38, mk 14:44, lk 22:38, etc), except in mt 26:26-28, mk 14:22-24, and lk 22:19 where it is rendered as "means", even though this word is translated as "is" in the kingdom interlinear.

  I have read it all,although now I myself have no religious following and dont believe in anything, when trying to reason with my mother i often pretend that I still believe in some doctrine.
  
  anyway your quote "I worship Jesus now and do not attend a Kingdom Hall." allong with the rest of the letter, when I tried to reason with my own mother saying jesus is our saivior and mediator. She imediatly ignored anything I was trying to say and told me that I sounded like a Born Again. Which is fustraiting. I would advise not to push the Jesus issue to much as I expect most JWs will right you off as being a Jesus freak or you are a born again, and in general JWs have some crazy hate about born agains.

  That Tower Mag, is a common responce. For years I never told anybody that I was one, people were shocked that I was still a virgin at 20, though being shy it didnt cut it. It was so difficult to ever bring it up in conversation, but since I have asked a few people they just say stuff like "their funny" or "I dont like telemarketers".
