Not only Jesus but Moses, etc. provided signs for the purpose of convincing with solid evidence -not everyone accepted the evidence, however.
And where is your proof, undeniable evidence that they provided these signs?
If it's merely the Bible then I'm afraid that doesn't count.

they are literally 12000 from each of the 12 tribes of Israel
An old idea but a flawed one. The list of the 12 tribes in Revelation is different to the actual list. Rev:7 doesn't list the Tribe of Dan. Instead it lists the half-tribe of Manasseh.
So there's no way it can be literal.

In my opinion the bible is written with symbols, metaphors, allegories and other literary devices and one must spend a lifetime studying and reading it.
And millions of people have felt the same, over 2,000 years, and have come up with all sorts of interpretations by the end of their life.
That's not very helpful now is it?
I can't prove but that is what I think.
And many Jews feel the same about the Torah.
And even more Muslims feel the same about the Koran.

its going to be a real beautiful place when its finished.. they are going for quality over quantity.
it used to be accommodation for a few thousand permanent residents, now its looking like less than a thousand permanent with the possibility of a few thousand more in temporary accommodation should the need arise.. some say the plans are going to be like a garden of eden in england :) i mean they had farming in london over the years but this is going to be epic what they are planning for temple farm at chelmsford.. they are planting thousands (literally) of fruit trees, including tropical fruits in huge green houses, huge vines yards and then the same basic farming activities as before.

Why did they reduce from 1000s of people to just 30 key members for this levelling off?
Because if that's the job in hand, and you don't needs 1000s there you send them home. Otherwise you have to feed them. And than costs £££
You only have on site who you need. Simples.
