  i had to go in to see my doctor today.

  I'm neither, but I understand. I have to have blood drawn regularly for tests, and I have tiny veins. The nurses and phlebotomists complain about it all the time, and it's no picnic for me either. I'd love to have veins you could push a garden hose into!

  My husband has huge muscular-looking arms; but his veins or deep and skinny. I, always, tell the nurses and phlebotomists that he's a hard stick. Sometimes, they'll let me stick him or they'll call the IV Team. The IV Team uses a doppler. He gets pretty irritable after the second stick with no results!

  I had to go in to see my doctor today. My doctor is male and in his fifties. I looked at his arms and said "Wow! You must work out!". He grinned. I said "You've got great veins! Makes me want to stick an 18 gauge in there!" And he proudly shows off his wrist vein and says, "You, probably, could get a 12 gauge in there!"

  I told you it was for nurses and phlebotomists!

  i was watching a documentry last week and it was about concentration camps, i was not paying much attention because i was on my computer at the same time, however they were talking about the different badges of shame that were put on the prisoners shirts.

  when they got to the purple triangle it was said that, that meant the prisoner was a religious fanatics, now growing up the jw's always said that the purple triangle was for jw's, i am not saying they were not in the camps but, there were other religous groups that the members were taken by the nazi's because of their religious beliefs not just the jw's.

  not too long ago i was talking to a jw about this same topic, he said the purple triangle was only for jw's and went on about the abuse and killings suffered because the nazi's targeted jw's.

  And, as was posted above, the JWs actually killed in the camps must have been a vanishingly tiny fraction compared to the numbers of innocent Jews.

  Makes you wonder if the JW's were from Israel or Jewish converts so to speak.

  That's what the JWs said, not me...kind of hard to explain someone like Sammy Davis Jr. in that context isn't it?

  Remember the Ethiopian Jews that were seeking refuge in Israel back in the 80's? I believe? Are all Israeli's (sp?) Jews?
