Good morning, Lola! My husband is doing a lot better. He's supposed to keep his activity low for now. You know they have him on blood thinners?! He managed to poke his hand...bled like a stuck pig for awhile. I thought, for a second, that I was going to have to super glue it shut! It did, eventually, stop oozing. I bought him a new electric shaver, so that he won't cut himself while shaving. He said that it doesn't shave him as close as he likes. I said that's the idea!

I'm up. I'm a nightshift worker, so that's par for the course, for me. I sleep on an off. I'm tired and I don't do much just bumble around the house. I need to stay up, and then go to bed by 7 a.m. This way I won't be tired at work tonite.

Those guys looked like a couple of detectives that have come to your door to tell you that you have been "tried and convicted of murder". The older guy looked very comfortable. The younger one a little more nervous, but he was still glad to have caught his prey! Why did they come in the evening? It made the whole thing look weird. The guy used a verse in "Timothy" like the "Miranda Rights", but he didn't know it by heart; so he goes and faces the porch light to read it! For shame! I wonder if it was his first time disfellowshipping someone?

I think many of you will return to the religion one day
by free2beme ini don't mean this as an insult, more of a life experience thing.
i saw a lot of people leave in my years there and a lot were angry with the religion and the people, and some even protested the kingdom halls and wrote things in the newspapers.
a lot though, came back in time, as it was just the comfort zone they felt at ease in.

Calliope, start making friends outside the borg. Now! Don't let the dubs run/ruin your life. If you believe that it isn't the truth, don't continue to live the life. Just fade on out. That way you can keep contact with your family and friends in the borg. When you come to the full realization of what this religion has done to you, you'll be ready to dust your feet off!
