  so, i'm working on a guy's machine today, he starts to talk politics... he says something about the democrats being responsible for the housing problems... "that damned bill clinton" or something like that.

  when i start to explain the fact that this mess was caused by both parties and the effects lobbyists have on the system, he gets heated and starts back in on the democrats... lol!

  i realize very quickly that he's another bts, tophat, or gregor, and there's really no need to continue.

  dawg, we don't NEED another civil war, however I see one in the making..it's quite obvious. We almost had one in the 70's. What we need is civility.

  i dont post much at all any more but i had to mention this, i just got back from seeing religulous and cant remember the last time i laughed so hard.

  it was great!!!!!!

  close-minded religious people should save their money and not go see this movie but instead give your money to the next tv evangelist or street magician you see.

  You shouldn't let those religious types get to you...just because you don't agree with them. I don't belong to a religion but something tells me you are afraid of any who are. Just my thoughts.

  i just love it!

  i always did, even when i was a dub kid sitting in my room (on the front of the house) in the dark, watching all the other kids running around the neighborhood.

  Ahhh Yes, I love fall weather. Today is a perfect fall day with the wind blowing gently, the leaves whirling around in the fresh air. I have all the windows open to let the house receive the cleaning smell of autumn wind. I have to make a pot of homemade chicken soup with root veggies for dinner. Enjoy your oxtail stew.

  How will the Watchtower help its members during hard economic times?

  it's good to see many, many churches dipping into their funds to help the needy, the homeless and providing food and shelter for those who need it.. what can be said of "god's organization"?.

  what do they do to help people in these tough economic times?.

  will they help you with food?

  The Watchtower should provide money to the congregations to help, at least their own members who need bread on the table and clothes to wear for their children who go to school. I suppose the Elders could determine who those members are.
