  Study shows more violence in religious societes

  since no one bothered to read in my last thread how secular societies have lower rates of violence and teenage pregnancy than societies where many people profess belief in god.

  i figured i'd give those among us who are religious the benefit of the doubt that the post was lost in the haze of the argument.

  so, i thought i'd post it again here.

  Yep, dawg, you are like the WTS...If the facts don't suit you then twist it around to suit your ideas. Can we say "cognizant dissonance" BTW I am not for religions hold on people but I do believe in an Intelligent creator.

  The WTS does NOT give ANY support or money....They depend on the kindness of their members for the work and materials but the WTS will take alllllll the credit for helping.

  What is the WT for this Sunday?

  hmmmm a good question to ponder. If there is going be a new earth as the Bible mentions, concerning our perfection there, perhaps God will extend our loving pets lives if we make a sincere request in prayer. God will be the Life giver in all situations. All he wants of us is our worship and acknowledgment that HE IS OUR Father. THAT IS ALL HE WANTS TODAY, TOMORROW AND YESTERDAY. NOTHING MORE NOTHING LESS.

  What a mess here in Florida!

  where i live we have received 10 inches of rain within the last 24 hours..... another 12 to 17 hours of the same are expected!, some areas have gotten close to 30 inches.

  its crazy...my pool is over flowing, pets won't go out....we're drowning!

  i can't believe we haven't lost power yet!.

  BETHELITES - Whatever Became of?

  i often times wonder what happened to certain bethelites that i ran around with during my 1990s tenure there.

  while there are still a few left there, the greater majority of them aren't there for various reasons (marriage, disillusionment, left the borg, etc).

  a couple of cats i wonder about - there was one brother who i believe was from kansas, who got his fingers cut off in a printing press.

  Bro. Ki-abu...he is Japanese American and his wife who died a few years back Sister Roxanne Ki-abu. They left our KH to go where the need is great out West I believe. Anyone here know them.
