Quick survey for apostates - please everyone just yes or no answer
by slimboyfat indo the other witnesses with whom you associate/once associated in general know that you are an apostate or have apostate inclinations?
the reason for the phrase "in general" is that it may be the case that one or two close friends know how you feel, but others in general do not.
in my own case, one other witness knows, but no one else, so i would answer the survey question with a "no".

JWs Are Becoming More Like Catholics Everyday!

remember how puzzled you felt about how people could identify themselves as "catholic" - but still practise birth control,.
think that priests should get married, and believe or do whatever they want , as long as they attend a mass occasionally?.

I agree, and add that there is a "ritualizing" going on with JWs. The ritual of:
- Field service: no results from an outmoded system, but still continue in act as proof of dedication
- Meetings: endless repetition (mass?) and rote comments
- Prayer: Canned styles lack specifics and feeling (might as well be 'Our Father's' and 'Hail Mary's' if you ask me)
- Memorial: JW-style Easter where 10 million extra show up (the DF, inactive, unbaptised, etc.)
It is these very rituals that get you acceptance as a JW. "White-washed grave" mentality?

unfortunately it appears your site/account was involved in violation of using copyrighted material involved with watch tower bible and tract society of pennsylvania.".
as a result of this abuse and activity, we will be unable to reinstate this account for any reason.. in addition, due to the nature of this abuse and the risk of transferring sensitive or illegal content if we were to provide you your files, we will be unable to provide with backups.. it is unfortunate that this has occurred, and we are aware that more than likely this was not your intent to host, however the fact remains it did exist and complaints were made.

The Counterfeit Detection Act of 1992, Public Law 102-550, in Section 411 of Title 31 of the Code of Federal Regulations, permits color illustrations of U.S. currency provided:
The Zero Dollar is not a "color illustration of U.S. currency" because it:
- Does not represent a US bill of any denomination (it's a "zero")
- Uses only the US currency border pattern, EVERYTHING ELSE is manufactured
- Does not say "United States of America" or represent itself as a US note.
If anyone is still concerned about counterfiet issues, you may simply write "Counterfiet" across the face.
Actually that would be appropriate for Watchtower Money...

You MUST get silentlambs, ajwrb, etc OFF these checks; someone will copy this and drop it at the assembly.
You cannot connect those organizations to this without their permission!!!These groups have been informed of the checks already.
After the elders are told about the first ones found in the box, they will sure to assign someone to watch the box to find out who is putting the WT "funny" money in it.
The "Money" is designed to look realistic enough to pass in full view. The different colors of checks are also a means to avoid recognition. I recommend folding the bill/check in two. Smile at the attendant while you put it in the box. Works every time.

by SickofLies inok, so i had to go to the meeting last sunday and i was bored out of my mind, but i put this together while i was there and it is based on the latest figures for 2005, i though some here would find it interesting.. .
in the 2006 year book the following figures are reported: (note these are for 2005).
branches of jw's: 112. number of lands reporting: 235. total congregations: 98,268. world wide memorial attendance: 16,383,333. memorial partakers worldwide: 8,524. avg.

HOW TO USE WATCHTOWER MONEY
For Anonymous Protest
Mail to JW Headquarters (see address below).
Deposit into JW contribution boxes. Make a statement to the Watchtower money collectors.
Leave in Kingdom Hall as a regular attendee or a guest during a meeting. We recommend leaving in bathroom, library room or other location where the person discovering it will be in private.
As an option, write your own message or favorite JW website on the back.
For Public Awareness
Jehovah’s Witnesses often leave their magazines in public places like laundromats and waiting rooms. Slip a bill/check into the magazine with enough showing to get attention.
Give to someone who is expressing an interest in Jehovah’s Witnesses. They deserve to know the truth.
Jehovah’s Witnesses conduct street witnessing or set up booths in urban areas. Stand nearby and pass out Watchtower Money--see who gets more interest.
