I'm down to 12 posts or so from the crazy marathon we had on Lola's dating thread last night. Spent all my posts like buying drinks in a club!

our 15 year old dog died this afternoon..............with assistance from a veterinarian friend of rachel's (princess).
she was old, sick, and with multiple health issues.
it was a really hard decision, but the vet really helped ease my mind, by assuring me it was time.
Sorry to hear it. I've had a pet monkey, dogs, 4 cats right now, fish, so I know the feeling. It's like a relative has gone. You will feel beter :-)

have any of you, and i'm sure you have, noticed two distinct personalities to the jw.
one that tows the company line so to speak and the other, the real person asserting their true self?
If you watch people close enough and know what to look for you can find personality shifts in nearly everyone. But they tend to be very subtle. I notice that in many ex-dubbs it's far more polarized and extreme. I have it a bit in that I can be really nice. But mess with me and there's a side that is equally un-nice...:-). In private talk and pm with other ex-dubbs many have said the same. I don't think too many would admit it in a post though. But i've seen much more dramatic and extreme examples going beyond what i've stated...those are plain wierd.
yesturday some of us had a great time playing the 3 word game.
i didn't get much done at work while doing it though!
with one change...instead of 3 words you have the choice of 3 or 4 as you go.. we make a story by everyone posting 3 words at a time.
