The truthful answer is that the GB see themselves as being in a christlike mediator situation between God and the rank & file.
They cannot be mediated directly through christ unless they go through the special GB arrangement.

If Circuit Overseers drive Buick LaCrosses, what do Governing Body members drive?

i dont think anyone really knows the answer to this one... but im thinking theyre probably driven around by cos in their buick lacrosses and don't actually have cars of their own... but i could be wrong..... by the way, the cos in my area drive used toyota corollas... so it would appear that the american cos get the plush cars while non-american cos get second-rate vehicles.. .
