I bought my 9 year old a Porsche 911.
by Defianttruth init sounds a lot cooler than what it is.
it is a 1990 964 model that needs some tlc.
i think this will be great she and i working on the weekends to build what will become her ultimate expression of teenaged freedom.

They seem to think that it somehow absolves them of some unstated legal issues...
Probably the notion is that it deceptively sounds like the person left the JWs voluntarily rather than being rudely kicked to the curb.

What is your daily commute, and how long does it take you
by coffee_black inmine is 25 miles each way.
it can take anywhere from a half hour to an hour and a half each way depending on traffic.
there is no way way to get here by public transportation.. sigh~ .

Well, I re-read this thread and picked up on something I missed the first time:
The kid in question is ONLY SIX YEARS OLD!!!
A six year old kid is in what - kindergarten? They should be learning the alphabet, simple numbers, how to color and make clay models, and such -
NOT THEOLOGY OR RELIGION.
THAT is what I would tell this teacher.
