The simple answer to the relevance of an original "human" pair, Eden - is this.
Present day human DNA includes about 3% Neanderthal and 5% Denisovan DNA in the modern European races.
These are two previous pre-modern human species.
It does not reduce to a simgle human pair - but to an evolved result of many millenia and many sub-species.
The DNA is simple, pure, digital sequence - it is without argument for or against.
It is what it is.
Tree of life has nothing to do with it.

James Woods, since you're so interested in my supposed "hypocrisy", it's rather interesting that you didn't have a word to say about your hypocrisy in being a member of a forum that deceptively takes the name of the Jehovah's Witnesses to lure the unaware Witnesses as if this were a friendly and "legit" Witness site. When I first found this forum, must have been 6 or 7 years ago, I came here thinking it was a site made by Jehovah's Witnesses. So I know what kind of hypocrisy and deception is involved in calling this "jehovahs-witnesses.net". What I'm surprised is that someone like you can accept being part of such "hypocrisy". But as I predicted, you don't have any issues with that. But you have issues with my stading as a JW? I think your Ferrari would be a better investment for your time, really...

That is nuts. I did not name the forum - it is a forum for ex-JWs. Did you ever consider that the name could mean "about" JWs - not "for" JWs? I am - if you read my profile - an ex-JW. You are continuing to pretend to be a member of one religion (JW) while you are preaching another (self-made) one. That is hypocrisy - straw man insults beside the point.
i just wanted to put a few minor examples out there of what i was saying about crime (good/bad), balance in the world, and so forth, picking up from the post that i wrote on here a few days ago.. i want to just also say that i am not condoning crime, nor advocating crime or anything of the sort.
i am merely saying let's look at the world, and understand it a little better.. i was just listening to megadeth (former jw dave mustaine lead singer of course)....i love his music, and i think he is really talented.
imagine if no crime had been committed against dave though.

Just because I am still a Jehovah's Witness doesn't mean I endorse everything the WTS does or pursuits.
If you are really still a Jehovah's Witness, then you should explain this to THEM rather than to us.

Bottom line - quite simply: He has cheapened not only the sport of cycling, but also cancer research and support charity.
It is really not far different from discovering that the beloved local priest is actually a child groper behind the altar.
