  Morsels of Lard

  we have a guy who comes by every now and then selling homemade tamales....those wonderful little morsels of lard...beef, pork, chicken and bean & cheese...i got the beef...and scarfed down uuummmm 5 of them .

  may the god's of fat have mercy on my ass!!!!!!!!!!

  I absolutely LOVE tamales and I miss living in Texas where I could get them all the time. Fortunately for me Authentic Mexican restaurants are popping up all over the Midwest and I can get my fix! (although still not QUITE the same)

  What would be your dream career?

  if you could have any job, career .......something you are very passionate about , what would it be?.

  i would be a photographer,,,,,,,taking picutures world wide, and hopefully be on the cover of time magazine , national geographic.. my second choice would be a makeup artist like kevin alcoin ( sp) , he could do magic and make anyone look like who he wanted them to be.

  truely an artist and too bad he passed away.
