Simon, I think it;s a good thing that people escape,whether by the methods you state or by people protesting. I remember seeing a protester at an assembly as a teenager and although he seemed crazy, he did make me question why someone would go to all that effort to make some noise. A seed was planted that day. I can't credit this person for liberating me from the org, but he did make a difference.

Overturning a lower court decision and siding with the Survivors Network of Those Abused by Priests, the US 8th Circuit Court of Appeals has ruled that Missouri’s House of Worship Protection Act violates the constitutional right to free speech.
The 2012 law states that “a person commits the crime of disrupting a house of worship if such person intentionally and unreasonably disturbs, interrupts, or disquiets any house of worship by using profane discourse, rude or indecent behavior, or making noise either within the house of worship or so near it as to disturb the order and solemnity of the worship services.”

Dude, We aren't living in a movie. That is not a blueprint for reality. It is a metaphor. What I saw in the mem protest vid did not come close to the knife wielding scenarios you described. Please see the difference here? -

I will clear this up. I was not involved in that memorial scene. I do however question the motives of ex jdubs who vehemently condemn such a thing. I am pretty much done with stating my view on this. Pick me aaprt and make me look stupid. I'm done with this topic. You won.
