i have not been online because of computer issues, but now it's fixed.

i am going to surprise my jw dad along with two of my brothers for his 85th birthday this weekend.

my one brother is out and the other is a staunch jw along with dad.

i just thought this is always a great place to get some great feed back.. my family has decided to go to maui for a summer vacation this year.

good morning everyone!

visited my staunch jw dad over the weekend.

my husband(never jw very educated) was with me.
Where to go this summer?

i figured with everyone here from all over the world i'd ask for some suggestions.

my family usually spends most of the summer at the beach out on the east end of long island.

this years i think we will spend less time there and would like to go somewhere for about a week or aliitle more.

i know this is probably pointless to some but i just feel like posting to those who can relate.. i am going to visit my ministerial servant, liasion committe, 85 year old dad.

he lives in florida.

i am taking my kids and husband with me.

a friend of mine told me 2 jws came to her home the other day.

they started preaching to her and she said "i am a christian and i read the bible".

they said "that's great because that's what were doing is teaching from the bible".

i was telling my husband about it and he said they are just so pathetic!
