  this is a nice big open board, thought i'd throw myself out there.. recently i had been a part of the "e-jehovah's witness" board.

  especially as i don't think i even care that much anymore.

  well, 3 weeks after that she cheated again, with a different guy.

  That was an exhausting read Jamie, my heart goes out to you. I have no doubt you will get a lot of good advice here. Some posters have experienced aspects of what you describe.
  
  Can I suggest you talk to a psychiatric counsellor in the first instance? How do you feel about that?
  A person who is detached from you personally and from JW's especially.
  
  The borg is incapable of giving you sensible advice, unless it's more prayer, more study, more field service.
  
  Drowning out sorrows, well..... I'm a poor example of that.

  Is David Beckham worth $250 million?

  i read that david beckham is leaving real madrid and coming to the us to play for the la galaxy.

  soccer is not that popular in the us and that is a obscene amount of money to pay a player and i am surprised that david beckham would want to finish out his career playing in the us.

  i guess for $250 million anyone would.

  It's market driven and it's an entertainment business. I think Beckhams worth whatever he can get.
  I think he would have stayed at MUFC for his whole career if it wasn't for Posh and Sir Alex
  
  He's a nice bloke but he's an ordinary footballer I think. BUT his ball distribution, dead ball and fitness are exceptional.

  This is a word that comes up frequently amongst bros in the US. 'Notice board' is preferred.
  I think the etymology of 'bulletin' has something to do with a religious 'bull' or 'edict'.

  Noah's Ark ....How did Noah......................

  how did noah put bitumen on the underside of the ark, did he get his family to lift it up allowing him to slide under and paint this on?

  the underside being the most important face to be treated needed to be waterproof to make sure it did not allow leaks to occur, and had to stand up to extreme conditions for a whole year.

  reading the bible during the watchtower study when you should have been "paying attention"?

  as a kid i constantly got repremanded for that.

  guess even then i'd rather find out for myself.

  walking into the Mens at a District Ass. and cheerfully asking if this was where all the big knobs hang out!
