something imperfect (so it seems) and needed to correct
it. But I love your question what is perfect anyway?
I believe we are perfect as the human beings we are.
I hate when people say "hey I'm imperfect you know."
Know your not your, your a perfect human being with

PERFECTION---PENIS---nobody focused on the
Perfection part. AGUEST and some others there is a lot
in common between the two or nothing at all. The thread
is about PERFECTION and I believe with our human
imperfections we right now are PERFECT HUMANS.
We always have been. What does perfect mean exactly if the creator who designed you perfectly designed you with a flaw. See the creator gave his people this command to follow. I'm not saying theres something wrong with you one way or the other. But the creator saw a FLAW and wanted to correct it.
So really I was asking if men were really perfect or not?
Maybe just the last creation came out perfect god didn't
say they needed any changes. -

The mother of all Sunday public talks...
by TheApostleAK injust got a recent sunday public talk in the mail from a month or so back...has to be heard to be believed.
i'm in the process of writing out the full talk.. 2 (will be more) things stuck out in the talk.. the speaker absolutely bashed everyone there for having apostate thoughts and for questioning jehovahs organsation.
he made it feel like everyone there was doing those things.

by dmouse inmy wife is still a loyal dub, and i allow her to take my son (13 years) and daughters (9 & 11) to the meetings, assemblies and on the service.
i cannot talk to her about her beliefs because, well, she refuses to talk about them.
she knows that i no longer believe, but not much in the way of detail.

YES you have done the right thing. In fact you need to
write a letter to the congragation stating you forbid all
your children to attend the meetings. My brother has
done this and even copied an elder in his old congragation.
They have not come after him. You are the HEAD of the
house that great sword(the bible) cuts both ways.

when is enough enough
by spider inthere is a fight going on.it is great to watch it.the arch enemy borg is to get its comeupance.the rebel fleet has a new weapon which will topple the empire.too many sci-fi analogies.....yea sorry about that.. i hear about all the work being done to highlight child abuse,the blood issue and disfellowshipping.there is picketing and programmes being made on national television.it gets my adrenalin running to think about it.i qeustion myself - how much is a desire for this religion to change and how much is pure blood lust.. when will i be satisfied?.
if the witnesses do change their policy on child abuse then there is still the blood issue to focus on.if they change that then disfellowshipping becomes the primary concern.if by some miracle they saw the light and dropped this as well - what then?.
will i be content then or will i want more?.
