  when you were a j.w why were you taught to not celebarte christmas?

  also is there fact behind there teachings?.

  did you ever feel left out at this festive season and what did you think of others that celebrated?

  I thought that the church itself banned christmas on the grounds that it was pagan.

  regardless of that,i really do not want to be brainwashed into having to buy gifts for my children to prove that i love them

  i can buy gifts anytime not just because it is christmas.

  also the other people you buy for ,family etc,sometimes you only see them once a year,

  christmas has nothing to do with religion at all.

  you are just lining someone elses pockets.

  season of good will !!, no,just 2 days of good will but that is pushing it.

  people getting into debt,domestic abuse,people with no money feeling guilty that they cannot afford gifts.

  open your eyes.
