  no i haven't read the replies to my last post although i'm finding it hard to resist.. but let me just add some things.

  there is no doubt that some of you 'apostates but you don't even know it' thought you have given some very clever respones.. just to clarify, i've had my share of the world and i'm glad i'm out of it, you however are hanging around on a jw site this is my first and last day of looking on here - and i'm only on here to wnd you lot up, .

  how easy was it really - i'm off sick, how many of you just haven't got anything better to do.

  Wow that UN scandal really DOES work wonders

  i'm totally amazed.

  i gave that un report to my (hardcore jw to the extreme max, but in a nice way) aunt, and she didn't speak of it for several days.

  when she said nothing, i knew i'd gotten somewhere.. today she finally spoke up.

  i have a question

  would the passage from new world translation be a miss print....because in the holy bible the word is god......so if god is not capitalized..then what god is the book referring to...because there is only one father and one living god witch is jesus...... .

  please help me , because this has been puzzling me...... .

  How do you come about entering "Human Race" into the interpretation? That seems as bad as what the WT is doing.

  Firstborn? Many Bibles accurately translate Col. 1:15 as the "source" of all creation. I believe even the original 1950 edition of the NWT translated this as source. I don't think firstborn holds much water since there are more times when firstborn refers to one who presides over something than actually being the first one born. See Ephraim & Menasseh, King David etc..
  
  So when John says and God was the Word, is this not correct?
  I don't think the word "savior" applies to an office as president does. It's not like you a savior one day and not another day. I think it's clear throughout the NT that Christ applies the same titles of Yahweh to himself. Lord of Lords, The Almighty, First & Last, Alpha & Omega.
  
  As far as using the word "god" with a little "g", the Greek makes no distinction between lowercase and capitals, that is an English application.
