So far, all my family is accounted for. My Dad called and let me know what had happened.

you are dying.. you are evaporating.. we're the only ones that care, and that's because you took so much from us all.. i used to think you were just misguided.. now i'm thinking that you are heartless and manipulative.. the fight against your lies and control is just beginning.. i say that not to minimize the tireless and valiant efforts of those who have spent years exposing your fraudulence.. i am indebted to these for easing my exit from your cult.. but a new generation is awakening.. we are not done with you.. i got my brother out who was an elder.. i got a ministerial servant out.. i got my son out.
he will not waste his youth on your lies.. i post on jwd in the hope of getting many more out.. i am working on a book about the lies surrounding 1914. .
we smell your fear, your terror.
That makes me better than the Watchtower officials. They want all non-Jehovah's Witnesses to be killed.
Join us, or DIE!!!
You're right,, not very loving.
i rarely ever set foot in the place and will go out of my way to avoid shopping there.
tonight i made the mistake of giving walmart the benefit of the doubt and walked in the door.. they didn't have the main item i was looking for, but they did have one other small item.
i headed to the front to check out only to find they had only a few check-outs open and all of the lines were far too long.
JD:
I see no problem with disagreeing with someone over a minor issue such as Walmart, but to go ahead and call that person an A'hole makes you an absolute jerk. I would think that someone who claims to have a major in English would have the ability to use more intelligent words than that.
While I don't like walmart as well, I also wouldn't leave my basket at the front counter. Even if I didn't agree with you on that point, I wouldn't lower myself your 'standards' over such a minor, insignificant issue.
from a logical point....i notice that in these threads that there are few here who dont believe in god..but i hate to tell you your dead wrong for having such an ignorant belief like that..instead ya,ll are blaming religion, people, and your personal problems for your lack of faith in god..thats dead wrong.
the non-believers are not looking at the whole picture..just the present..the things that go on in the world happen for a reason and it doesnt mean god doesnt exist.
the bible says "the fool has said in his heart god doesnt exist".
mmmm... pasta sauce.
i was a good soldier, i shunned her like i was supposed to.
she applied for reinstatement several times but was rejected.
as far as i know she's still df'ed.. i have no idea where she is now or how to find her.
It's quite easy to find people nowadays. If you're willing to part with a small amount of money, then you could easily find her using internet based companies that specialize in finding people.
If you want to find her bad enough, then you will.

The great spaghetti monster is one of my favorite explanations.
I love bowing to the great plate of spaghetti. I long for it's noodles.
claire posted the news earlier this week that ian has received the stem cell transplant.
once again, here's the link for sending ian an e-greeting at the christie hospital.. .

when i ran away at 15, the only means of transportation was hitchhiking.
i traveled across county twice, and up and down the east coast several times.
i wouldnt trade those experiences for the world either, even tho at the time it sucked.. this was back in the early to late 70's, a much nicer time.
I tried it once when my car broke down. Nobody picked me up so I walked home which was only about 4 miles away.
However I have picked up many hitchhikers. Each time was a nice experience, getting to know someone and then never seeing them again. My most memorable experience was the time I was living in Alaska and picked up a hiker while on my way to Fairbanks from Denali National Park. If I remember correctly it was about 110 miles. The guy I picked up was really cool. He had hiked all the way to alaska from the lower 48. I was absolutely amazed that somebody could make it that far by hitchhiking.
