  No they didn't! unless you believe that simply by being assholes they deserve to be treated with violence, otherwise to quote rambo, AntiFa "drew first blood", quite a few times actually until now the two groups are brawling. That jackass punching that girl was not the beginning of this like you seem to imply. No Antifa had already been attacking trump supporters with violence for some time. They only recently started to retaliate. Stop trying to rewrite history and make it seem that a neo-nazi punched a liberal girl then everyone got mad, NOOOO that's not what happened!!

  As bad as you want to blame mean people, all you are doing is essentially saying free speech caused this. If there was no free speech we wouldn't need Antifa thugs to silence people who say mean things by any means necessary.

  Neo-nazis are complete morons, and their ideas are sick, pretty sure we are all on the same page there. But at the end of the day, these white nationalists, they just make a lot of irritating noise. AntiFa on the other hand has actually affected our values. They have succeeded in censorship and shitting on our first amendmen through this Berkely nonsense. This who is worse bullshit is so stupid and not a trap I am going to walk into.

  If ANYONE (neo-nazi or AntiFa) threatens others they are BAD. We aren't the word police or thought police so anyone they can say all the stupid shit they want. BFD. Everyone has the right to say mean and hateful things, not everyone has the right to threaten others then carry out those threats.

  AntiFa is threatening and making good on its threats and it has officially worked. Apples and oranges

  This discussion was about a group that is effectively suppressing free speech, not just in America, but at one of its historical free speech institutions. Its good reason for alarm. In walks VI and bohm, and all they can do is complain about right wingers, and how awful they are.

  I'll say it again, they aren't stopping anyone from speaking at colleges, why are we talking about them? You want to start a discussion on all the things you hate about conservatives go for it, but is it possible to keep this one on track?
