all others (even all attendants) can only enter after 7.30 am..

One of my last conventions was the international in 2014, despite all the success stories and legends about how well behaved and wonderful witnesses are at these events, these are total iBS. They are probably worse than so-called "worldly" people. Completely disorderly, rude, impatient, and obnoxious.
Hopefully, we see more growth of ACO's (accountable care organizations).

It's a tug of war, and the patients are the ones who get screwed. Providers rely on billing to make money, regulators ride the providers for being wasteful, it becomes challenging for some providers to makes money, while some get rich f-ckiing the system. The reason America has so many laws for Fraud, Waste, and Abuse is they make it so lucrative. Everyone is pulling in different directions, and the cut-throats are the only ones who benefit.

Just take a look at how out of whack America is with prescription opioid abuse/death. No other place in the world comes close. But you got some serious pharma fat asses rolling in dough. We pretty much have everything wrong. That's why to me these 'Obamacares' and 'Trumpcares' are jokes. Just keeping the shit show going in the public's eyes.
Our healthcare system encourages massive waste and massive billing, it has nothing to with wellness. THAT needs to be changed first. All these healthcare acts are a farce.
Obamacare screwed me over financially and from what I can gather it going down in flames Trump or no Trump. That's not being a Trump apologist, just a realist. America's whole approach to health care is a giant disaster. I don't care who's bill it is, we have it all ass-backwards in the first place.
