It's an interesting zone. I have some in my family there they may be in the worst position. They don't feel the pressure of the cult but are fully indoctrinated. They are in LaLa land. There was something on jwfacts about this under fear and mind control. Fringe members don't have to toe the line, so they are out of touch. They may say "how dare you insult the cult" and have no clue what's even going on. I sent the cart video to my brother and he thought it was a joke. Because it's easier to be loyal to something you believe in without the burden of rationality

it really grinds my gears that these types of things are what witness apologists say "of that's one brothers crazy ideas" or "in that hall" "imperfect men" and on and on they downplay it but the truth of this matter is that these things are the majority of people running the congregations. And these nonsensical rules are part of the fabric that keep it together and keep the followers in F.O.G. I hate that so much. This org is so double faced at its root.

Didn't Jesus bring to the attention how "corrupted" gods organization on earth was??? according to the good ol' bible? And what about when he told moses he was going to kill them all and make a nation from him and he talked god out of it? Wouldn't it be fair to say at that moment God felt his chosen race was "corrupted"??

The majority of elders are men who are nobodies in day to day life. I know some that are not. And they are definetely a different breed. But most are NOBODIES. being an elder to them amounts to being "somebody" and even if they doubt likely they won't even entertain it or the facts because even if it was all wrong they won't give up this small fish bowl where they feel like somebody with a big briefcase. I have heard this Said from the elders mouths in many ways. When I had a Shepparding call recently the two Bros were not nobodies. In fact one is a major player in pop culture for the last 60 years. He told me people in the organization are idoit's lol. In the Shepparding call! He also said most elders are basically losers who are elders because they are not skilled and this is there only way to have a title. He even talked about how he would never hire a witness because they suck. Lol. Anyway. He really believe his faith. I can admire that. The rest it's not about belief. I saw this on the Google news... the thing that amazes me is how they boast so much about when things go right. For instance the international convention in Isreal was a down to the wire harrowing story that clearly showed gods hand. Ok... what about this?
