  A Burger and a Hook-up

  so i went to get a burger just now, and a couple of elders from my former congregation caught me off guard.

  they started giving me the we feel so sorry for you, you must be so lonely bit.

  i kept telling them im doing great and im not lonely but its like they couldnt hear me talking.

  have you noticed the article entitled "watch your associations in these last days" in the new august 2015 study watchtower?.

  unless i'm reading it wrong, or somehow misinterpreting it, it is saying that we should be kind to intentional breakers of god's laws inside and outside the congregation, including fornicators, but that we must not be close associates with them.. are they already preparing for a shift in their disfellowshipping practices?.

  Not sure if this is different or the same but just read this madness, looks like mentally diseased isn't going away anytime soon. AND THIS WAS UNDER ABUSIVE SPEACH!!! so ironic.

  But such talk can be expected from those who indulge in loose conduct, those who are proud and mentally diseased over questionings and debates, and those who disregard or disrespect God’s appointments.—1Ti 6:4; 2Pe 2:10-12; Jude 8-10.

  Reading disfellowhsipping too which redirects to Expelling, reading stuff like this makes me sick and conjures ip imagines of ISIS:

(De 19:15) These witnesses were required to be the first to stone the guilty one. (De 17:7) This would demonstrate their zeal for God’s law and the purity of the congregation of Israel and would also be a deterrent to false, careless, or hasty testimony.

  Then this, the only thing that kept the sanhedrin from killing them was the Romans...

  WT Conspiracy Theory - Pinky Ring - DUMB, I know

  oh man, i know i'm gonna catch flack for this.. everyone sees masonic conspiracies everywhere.. i am not a conspiracy theorist.

  i don't honestly believe the governing body are freemasons.. yet, probably due to cruising this site and seeing all the masonic conspiracy threads, i saw this when looking for a shot of lett's pinky ring to show how he wore one in october, but then took it off in may to ask for money.. .

  original is on the left, and on the right, i played with the brightness/contrast to get it to show up a little better.. what does the pattern on his ring look like to you?.

  Rumor about the Imitate Jesus Convention

  i saw a rumor a few weeks ago on reddit that the new imitate jesus convention is supposed to present new light and clarified understandings on the disfellowshipping/disassociation practices.. supposedly, if this rumor has any truth to it, there will be a talk given at the convention about how we should not be strict like the pharisees in how we shun people, loosening up some of the jw rules about this practice.. has anyone here heard anything about this or have more info on it?.
