Well judging from what's happening in Paris, cali and I am sure more places to come let's see how long that lasts. There are a lot of things you are more likely to die of than a mass shooting if you want to talk numbers. Doesn't change the progress of Islamic terrorists.
If this is just about numbers 1300 people in America die everyday from Tabacco. Why are even talking about guns and terrorists??? How about obesity??? Alcohol??? Prescription drugs??? Malpractice??? Car accidents.??? Each of these trump gun deaths.

Do some research on gun violence statistics by race since you seem so interested in that. I'll give you a little clue, white males are not the majority of gun violence in America. Do the research before you spout stuff like that.
The difference between most mass shooting in America is they are deranged people with mental health issues. And the attack in California that was just someone's religion.
Like I said. Do some research there is fascinating information on mass shooter and it's not that they owned guns for Christ's sake. The guy back in the day that shot all those people from the tower in texas knew something was wrong with his brain, and there was. People who commit mass shooting that are Islamic terrorists are almost always suicidal, they have a genetic disposition to the potential of calous violence. And they have the environmental factors that work with the mental health issue. What does that have to do with race???

But really if you think about it why would these attackers not pick soft targets?
And I think the abortion clinic shooter is a terrorist as well. But I will still say Islam is a far more volital religion. I see the Abrahamic religions like hep a b and c. I agree with everything you said there JD.
If you are someone who knows many people who own firearms and treat them seriously and safely with no issues or were raised somewhere that everyone had guns but still violence and mass killings were unheard of. When you hear ban it's a little strange. Because you know that side. Are they necessary? Not really. But the accountability of the maniacs is minimized by blaming the tool. No one touches a gun and and an evil spirit of murder takes over them.

Well I think it's safe to say in the new age of terrorism shootings gun free zones are very vulnerable. I think this must be something contemplated by those who carry out these attacks.

Hey I just had an idea. In order to buy a gun you have to verify your religion. If your Christian or Muslim you don't get one because clearly you suffer from dillusions and mental illness lol.

Jonathon is right. You ban drugs you create a giant second market. Supply and demand. The demand won't go away so someone is going to supply. America isn't Australia, I can't tell you all the reasons why, populations size difference i don't know but supply chain won't disappear with making something illegal. It just makes criminals rich.

False. Keep the facts straight please.
Most mass shooting weapon of choice is semi-auto handguns. Automatic weapons are a no no pretty much everywhere and as stated before assault weapons have been rarely used in rampage shootings.
They were present in this one because it was almost certainty a terrorist attack.
