The first compound was attacked before then, and it's irrelevant, the problem is not about what went on when it began, but as it went on and for weeks after. The lies went on for days afterwards.

Sept. 18: Obama is asked about the Benghazi attack on “The Late Show with David Letterman.” The president says, “Here’s what happened,” and begins discussing the impact of the anti-Muslim video. He then says, “Extremists and terrorists used this as an excuse to attack a variety of our embassies, including the consulate in Libya.” He also says, “As offensive as this video was and, obviously, we’ve denounced it and the United States government had nothing to do with it. That’s never an excuse for violence.”

The drone makes no difference except that it was the only measure taken. That is the point, they sent a drone. It's not like they did anything else later on.

Sometime around midnight, the State Department’s Operations Center sends an email to the White House, Pentagon, FBI and other government agencies that said Ansar al-Sharia has claimed credit for the attack on its Facebook and Twitter accounts. (The existence of the email was not disclosed until Reuters reported it on Oct. 24.)

Sometime around 5:00 Am Clinton sends an email to her daughter, Chelsea, that reads: “Two of our officers were killed in Benghazi by an al Qaeda-like group: The Ambassador, whom I handpicked and a young communications officer on temporary duty w a wife and two young children. Very hard day and I fear more of the same tomorrow.” (The email was discovered in 2015 by the House Select Committee on Benghazi. It is written to “Diane Reynolds,” which was Chelsea Clinton’s alias.)

Then later Clinton says "Some have sought to justify this vicious behavior, along with the protest that took place at our Embassy in Cairo yesterday, as a response to inflammatory material posted on the Internet. America’s commitment to religious tolerance goes back to the very beginning of our nation. But let me be clear — there is no justification for this, none." lie lie lie lie lie

Interesting. Can you provide a link that shows when Obama send a surveillance drone?

What difference does "when" have to do with it??? Another one of your derailed arguments that makes no sense in the context of the discussion. When doesn't change the facts that:

The compounds were under protected
The WhiteHouse response was more about protecting Obama and Clinton's political goals than saving American lives
Volunteers had to step in to rescue Americans because the whitehouse wouldn't do dick
Afterwards they continued lying to the public about it
They also lied to the familes
And they didn't carry out any sort of justice afterwards because the whole mess was a huge revelation of Hillary failing

I know you are smarter than that bohm, clearly you are trying to come up with some denial of the reality of what happened, its well documented from one end of the internet to the other.

Here is a good question, how many trump voters would have ended up voting for Sanders if he hadn't been shafted by the DNC? Or how many more dems would have actually showed up and voted for Sanders if they didn't have to vote for hitlery (aka killary aka reptillary)

One should well know that gay and black Republicans are a very small minority in the Republican party so it is misleading to mention them as if they reflected the population in general.

I didn't say they are a majority. So what should I say? Conservatives are ALL white hetro-sexual males??? My point is we keep putting people in one of two boxes and its not that simple, you have small groups on each side that regardless of what goes on are Democrat or Republican, I think we have a lot more people drifting in the middle that have parts they pick or choose from each. Of the most threatening of the two radicals right now, I feel the radical left is more hell bent on taking away basic rights like free speech to sacrifice on the altar of the far left.

Who is/are "them"? Please define "Them". Do you mean conservatives? And conservatives are made up of all kinds of people, gay, black, religious, non-religious, women, and on and on. Because I would assume you are lumping people like myself or Simon, or any other who are probably more left biased libertarians who are now considered right-wing conservatives because we are disturbed by people claiming to be "Liberal".

You know who I am afraid of (ideologically speaking)? The Yvetter Felarca's of America. They openly and violently are anti-free speech. If you listen to her speak she is what I would consider clinically deranged, and yet this is not a small ideology and it's actually dangerous to our principles and way of life.

Furthermore!!!! Saturday Night Live, an institution I have loved and adored my whole life, SUCKS! I have always loved their political satire, and some of the Trump stuff is hysterical, like the Melissa Mccarthy doing Spicer, oh my god, brilliant! But all the rest they are beating a dead horse, grabbing at low hanging fruit everyone in the world has already picked, eaten and shit out. SNL has no thought, its just become an anti-trump, Obama/Hillary worshipping shit show. What the hell happened to you Simon?

I actually know more and more classic liberals like us getting fed up with the left, the sad thing is we have this party identification thing here, so if you aren't our brand of left your right and so on. I for one am sick of the over the top trump fanaticism and I know many other democrats that are too.

Enough. people hyperventilate every stupid thing he does. And usually, when I research what happened compared to the news stories I realize the news is off the rails. Like when he said the stuff about praying for Arnold, clearly he was trying to be funny, I didn't find it funny, most people didn't I'm sure, but the news made it out to be the most treacherous scandal. That crap has gotten real old. And classic liberals don't want to sit in our post-election butt-hurt misery, but rather come up with a logical solution to get things back on track.

Trump was a protest, not against the left, but to our way of conducting politics, people wanted to disrupt the system and by god it's a disruption alright! Hopefully it would get people on both sides reflection how we got here and having them fix it. Sadly I now see today that many in the GOP seem (much to my shock) more tolerant and thoughtful. They won't disavow a Milo for being openly gay, but the left will for being a conservative. I find it all very strange.
