at first i felt like everything was confusing and i felt lost but after a week (yep only that) of learning more i felt better and even intelligent.. i had beaten one of the biggest lies alone!

Other people - Completely understandable responses/actions e.t.c I find it interesting that so many felt some kind of sadness, disappointment or hurt. It goes to show that it can't be the truth otherwise we'd still be there!

this is just a genuine question.
i know so many are in difficult circumstance and the chance to talk with others about it may help.. what kept me in for a while was doubt...could the truth really be the lie and also i didn't want to let those down who had a lot of faith in me.. leaving after that was easy since some horrible things had been happening.

Well i welcome any second opinion as much as the others do here so firstly Welcome to the forum.
You say people here are set on pulling the faith down? Odd really considering how when you've left you see what damage it can do and you just wanna save others from the same pain you felt.
No 'real' friends? ha ha you can't of been looking carefully at the board, lots of meet-ups e.t.c with people who get on amazingly well, thats the beauty of common knowledge and similar interests.
what was the first ever computer that you owned?
no doubt some here had some of the earliest home computers that came out such as the commodore 64. .
i bought my first one relatively late in 1997, it had cpu 200 mhz mmx, 2.3gb hard disk, 64mb ram, 2mb graphics card, modem 36k.
oh boy did she fly! Sad thing is that Ballistic is using it now
