That flat line is significant. We need to nail down why that is happening, in order to do more of it (or maybe less of something) so that the trend will continue or even improve.

Why do I even bother? Hey, I listen to El Rushbo in 10-25 minute excrements when driving. Enough to know that when I come here to JWN I recognize the regurgitations. And when they are word for word, I know - and it isn't about who listens to the whole 3 hours - it's who internalizes and spews and believes. They are obvious.
