  Ohh, the modern age!!!!

  No it has nothing to do with TV. It is a well known fact and some countries are well aware of this bad unhealthy habit.

  LOL proph!!!

  I was looking at "Fat Camp" on MTV the other day and there was this particular girl who decided she would not bathe for a couple of days because her bunk mates told her she was smelling "stink".

  Now the manner in which they told her was rather hurtful and would make anyone cry and get angry. But the truth does hurt - yet there are better ways to tell people that they need a bath.

  How would you go about doing this?

  Did anyone try the following yet?

  Are you ashamed to tell us what you got? Can we be honest? This a place that gets very sweaty.

  Right now mine are ok.

  Rub your index finger at the top crease corners of your ears and tell me how it smells right now!

  Well I took this out from:

  I felt it as the category of "Practices" I don't think adult was appropriate because it would apply to everyone wouldn't it?

  Do you know about MUCK?

  You find a flat smoothe stone or soap yourself then rinse, then rub the stone on your skin or rub your index finger (flat) on your skin and see how much muck you get around your neck and don't forget your belly button.

  Once every two weeks is sufficient. Aside from saving money on hot water it has the added benefit of keeping annoying people away from me

  I do hope you change from that habit. Not for me or anyone else but for your own self.

  Do you know how many germs will be in your skin? Ever heard of body lice?

  You can get serious infections or if not, you produce unbearable body odors. How can you smell yourself and be content with that feeling?

  If you are feeling down in the dumps you would feel better you'd feel better when you are clean and smelling nice.

  Don't feel down in the dumps and not bathe too, you'd feel worse.
