i'm too cheap to pay for cable.
there's really not a lot of stuff to choose from that's worth watching for the price.
free tv sucks the most, reality shows and other mindless garbage that keep making its way to market.
I have to admit I 'm a sucker for the trauma series, and lost, law and order special victims unit.Also the vh1's I love the 70's, 80's,ect.

reading a previous thread where people mentioned the crazy people in their hall and what they would do during the meetings, i figured it needed a thread all to itself.
so what did the mentally ill or generally crazy people do during your meetings?
i don't have any good ones.
There was this one brother that wanted to live like the apostles lived back in the day, so; he would dress in rags, literal old rags with rope substituting as belt tied around his waist. Plus he had his head shaved. When the elders tried to reason with him on regards of jah's people being a clean people, he just looked at them and said, "Well, what if I told you that I AM the messiah? And this is how you should walk, would you believe me?"
Needless to say, They never spoke to him again.
You might still be able to see him walk around in a daze to this very day. Guess it was the end result from all the acid and LSD he did back in the 60's.

have you ever brought up the fact that if he were so loving, god would not allow all the suffering we see on a day to day basis, never mind what the hungry children around the world are suffering?
have u ever noticed what their responce will invariably be?.
if any father today discovers his son is about to go to school and blow away a teacher or other students and does nothing to prevent it, he will not be given any slack for his concern in preserving his son's free will. and no one will think him a good father and roll model.
because he would sit back and say," Hey, it comes to show how much he needs a good father to watch over him...SEE? I made my point, ladies and gentelmen."
I don't know why that came to mind when I read that post, but it felt so dead on what we were talking about, imho.

God's Sovereignty being questioned is the reason that we are suffering, he has to prove that we cant live without him in peace"So god is allowing millions upon millions of people to die just so he can prove a point?

The thing is, well, let's see... how about Haunted, the latest one by him that's out right now. That one to me is his most bizzare book right now, 25 short stories compiled into one book. You gotta read it!Very detailed, very strange.

i would send the cd back.. but first put in the microwave for a while, trust me, its the coolest thing youll ever see and it does no fdamage to your microwave... but the cd,... ha ha, shell need a new one...
