and i was thinking of all the dumbass shit i have done, and its makes me ponder "wtf was i thinking then and how in the hell did i make myself believe that doing whatever was a good idea".
Moving to nowheresville to be with your son seems like the most mature thing anyone who is a dad could do.
I heard that. You have my respect in doing that. Most of the guys I grew up with and hang with to this day would'nt even consider doing that. If I was in your place I would do the same as well.

i was just thinking today about the 1980's and all those records i used to have.
i remember how they skipped through some of the best songs, or warped in the heat on the way home.
how i thought i was some hot property for getting the beloved diamond needle.

LOL! I'm glad I kept mine safely hidden as well. I remember I was supposed to get rid of my old rap records when I was in, but when I saw that my pop had some Blowfly records hidden away(some of them I had bought for myself too!) I said,"To hell with that".
I kept them. And you know what? I'm glad I did.
By the way, Blowfly was know for his graphic sexually explicit recordings in the 70's. Classic stuff

anyway, to cheer ourselves up my boyfriend took me to see derailed at the cinema last night - oh my god !!.
and yes, i know us brits are a bit behind the times probably by about 2 years after the us showings.. i have to say i thought it was fantastic !
Clive Owen's great in it - he was a hot favourite to be the next Bond but this film makes you realise why he's too good for it !
I totally felt that movie, and knew what it felt like to be decieved.He was brilliant in getting that emotion across, and the cool thing about all that was the ending, I loved the ending.

free tv sucks the most, reality shows and other mindless garbage that keep making its way to market.
How could I forget about ER? It's funny when I watch that show too, I would understand the medical terminology that they would use.
