  my sons wonderfull heart

  so last night i was crying in my room so bad that my 5 year old heard me, even though i was trying to be quiet.

  he then started looking around the house for something shaped like a heart.

  he found a little heart shaped pendant and started rubbing it on his chest, then he started rubbing it on mine.

  Is it no wonder that young JWs who have not gotten past the bloom of youth are so horny that they marry the first person who holds their hand? They bottle everything up and sooner or later it's got to come out. According to the WTS all you gotta do is read your bible and all's well. But different people have different sex drives. Some people are more sexual and need a sexual outlet. The WT way of dealing with sexuality just creates problems for such ones

  Because they teach one to supress the urge even when one IS married. Just read the magazines and their bible and it'll be alright.

  One word, One position, they're all a bunch of neuters.

  but what i DO know is that the jw's and the "society" are more obsessed with sex than the average worldly person i've ever met.

  Oh Yeah....i agree.

  But their view of sex is...very vanilla...very missionary. very boring...and oh yeah...the wife HAS to render; THE DUE!

  ever feel like you've been sequestered from normal human interaction for too long?.

  since my split (from hubby), i've been wondering what the rules are these days.

  in my earlier days, i was a partying stoner (well, a closet one) and i didn't date guys as much as end up in a closet or in a parked car, hot tub... okay you got the picture.. so, i've been email bantering back and forth with this guy i used to work with and yesterday, got this email:.

  My theory is that the WTSociety has in fact been cracking the whip with negative results. They are making things worse for themselves with this lunatic conrtol freaking.

  Anybody else feel this is the case?

  Oh yes...the 21st. Century Pharacies. How Ironic...they talk bad about the ones they mirror in example.

  The bad thing is....is that they can't and WON'T smell what they've been shoveling.

  Took my mom to lunch the other day...

  if you've read my previous posts you'll know that my relationship with my mom has had its ups and downs since i left the org.

  while my parents (both jw) still speak to me, the relationship has been strained.

  well, this past week i got up the courage to call her and invite her to lunch, something we haven't done since i da'd last august.

  my cousin is at end of her rope..... even though she tells me how she does not want to marry a "worldly" man she can't help but to conclude that that's what's gonna happen.

  she's now "talking" to a brother that's in her words "brokeback" but o.k in her opinion.

  she's also frustrated that he although enjoys sneaking over her house and fooling around with her, he has made no effort to say, "roll with me, i wanna be your man.

  There's this loophole, they say ...oh don't do this or else.... but then you have people who do it and then once the person pops back "in the game" then everything is okay and they hush up about the whole sinning thing and preach "love","repent" and "forgiveness".(even though I know it's all a binch of sh**).

  I know, I know of many other examples of those that had affairs with OTHER dubs, got df'ed, then in six months got back in and carried on like nothing happened. I tried to reason with her on that level as well.

  I guess the best weapon for me is time.

  But the thing is, is that she contradicts herself too much. One day she's so gun ho for the collective, then the next thing she's crying on how she can't live up to jah's expectations.Which I quickly refute that those are MEN'S expectations, not God's. Who are they to expect to read his mind, the one that has no beginning.

  As of now I don't really say anything; I just smile and say, "We've disscussed this before, you know my answer to that already."

  like with this "brother", she says that he has nothing to offer her at all but a good time and laughs.

  "I need so much more, and I deserve it." she says.

  I just stare on.

  She's afraid that he'll flake just like the others, And I know the type...he would too.

  I hope for the best, but I know that she's on her way out to be freed of this crap....she's just in denial.

  Her best friend however decided to do the 'right' thing and is still single and in her late 30's now. Such a shame as she is a lovely girl.

  Yeah, which is why I don't want that to happen for her either. Thanks for the kind response.
