Telephone Telapathy
by lonelysheep inhttp://news.yahoo.com/s/nm/20060905/od_uk_nm/oukoe_uk_britain_telepathy
has anyone ever experienced this?
i have, as well as with emails and especially text messages.. do you think there's any chance this could be real-that there is a valid, unspoken connection between people who reach out to each other?

Many times. More then I could count. I used to e-mail a few people from the east coast, that we all commented on how much we knew when the other person sent us messages and even tried a few experiments to test if it was really happening. It was! I am very into ESP, and things like that. Although for the person who thinks such things are foolish, even thinking about me doing that is a waste of their time.
You should present your experiment to James Randi. He has set up a challenge where if anyone can prove that anything woo woo exists, he will award them with 1m dollars.

If you could only ask one question thread.
by sinis inwell, last night i asked my "believing" wife that question (if you could ask only one question and get a truthfull response, what would it be?).
now mind you, i have been working on my wife for awhile since she still goes to meetings.
yet, she still insists that it is the "truth".

Hi Sinis - that's great! - So she doesn't believe in it 100% then. I'd imagine if someone had no doubts at all about the religion, their question would be asking for the whearabouts of Armageddon or suchlike. Thats really cool, am pleased for you.

You Canadians are all right!
by mjarka911 inwell, i just got back back from my first visit to toronto and i must say, all the canadians i met were attractive, friendly articulate inviduals.
as for the sights: i had a great time visiting the hockey hall of fame, cn tower, casa loma, kensington market, cafe diplamattico, the harborfront and that beautiful bar at the top of the park hyatt with the beautiful view of the night skyline.
you ontarians know how to do it up right!

I would like to visit Canada, I've heard that Vancouver is the most beautiful city in the world. My uncle is planning to move out there.
My husband and I would just about scrape through with the points system but definitely would if my uncle moved there too.
Before I was a witness, I had a boyfriend who's brother lived in Ontario with his wife. They travel around the place teaching kids at school christian qualities and how to respect yourself. They were a band too, called 'Absolute' I think?
