I can say one thing there are something that if you read the bible with out any belief you will still see some simple things come to light -- that there is an Almighty God, Jehovah and his Son Jesus Christ. Why is this so hard to accept. Even my grandmother who was of another faith believe this one simple point.

The people of this world do not like the truth out and so you have to look hard to find all the information about Jehovah but it is there if you really want to know.
There was tank in WW2 I beleive Called Jehovah -- but you know something. I am going to to bring reproach on Jehovah. He is neither a he or she Jehovah is a spirit and he is The Almighty. No one can change my mind on this point.

Act 20:29 I know that after my going away oppressive wolves will enter in among YOU and will not treat the flock with tenderness,This is what happens in an organization were people do not think, they allow themselves to be treated oppresively. That Is why I encourge people to read the bible. This is why a person has to realize that they need to serve God and not an organization. Also to if a person does something which is not in violation of the principles or God laws they should not worry about what people thank. I was told by some one in the organization one time that there are people who should be out Df'd that are in and people who have been df'd that should be in. Remember to who Jesus told the Jews to do as they say not as they due. In other words sometimes the religious leaders are the very ones who are not doing what they are supposed to do. What happen to the religious leaders?

Yelp -- that is why I got the degree -- cause if you just look in the employment section about 90 precents of the job are asking for degrees and I am not talking about high paying jobs either. Some jobs are even asking for masters. Any children I have will go to higher education as well.

however my question is, is it apostasy when it is the truth for instance the society was part of the un?

But, isn't it hypocritical for them to say that and then when a JW points out something wrong they have done, the JW is accused of apostasy?
Yelp it is. That is my biggest problem when pointed out something wrong one becomes label an apostate. Yet I would fear Jehovah more if I just set back and let things go on. I am by no means saying start a revolution, but a person should be able to bring out the wrong things and even able to ask questions. Jesus disciples ask him questions and even the Apostle Peter told him to be kind to himself when Jesus was going to suffer, which may not be appropiate, but Jesus did rebuke him but did not cast him of, heck Peter even denied Jesus during his trial but Jesus did not caste him off at this point either.

However my question is, is it apostasy when it is the truth for instance the Society was part of the UN? This is not Apostasy but truth, while I agree in my opionion some of what I read here my be apostasy other things are fact. I would not considered some one an apostaste that points out something wrong a religion is doing.

Raymond Franz
by KW13 inraymond franz was a member of the governing body and was a jw for many years till he left.. he wrote a book which provides a great insight into jw's but what is really good about it is he isn't bitter when he comes across and so far i am really enjoying the read.. also in there are copies of letters sent from him to the society or the other way around and i recommend anyone who can find it should read it!.

Does anyone know how I could send him a letter and thank him?????? I actually called him and spoke with him several months back for a brief moment. He still feels pity for the way people have been treated as a result of some of the teachings.

linda* (*not her real name) said that she buys no less than 18 boxes of the cookies every two weeks during the campaign.

Several years ago I made a comment to an elder, who brought girl scout cookies, that I thought we were not supposed to by girl scout cookies, his comment it is a conscience matter.

Actually if you get Ray's book Crisis of Conscience and look at page 170, you can see the letter from the Cheif of the NGO section stating the Organization had with drawn from the NGO and and what the requirements were for being an NGO.
