  Why Do Some "JWs" Do This???..........

  i know of some witnesses that haven't go out in service or attended a meeting in years.

  most "new ones" (to them and they could be witnesses for 10 years!

  ) that live in the territory have no clue of these "witnesses".

  My TV Has Demons

  recently my tv will turn itself on ocassionally.

  my wife said it has changed channels while she was watching it.

  the remote was not out in the open, but was in the arm of my recliner.

  my personal experience is being married to a man who grew up in a very bad situation at home with jw being very strict.

  this has damaged his mind to a point where he believes what ever they tell him, he is the kind of guy who will not got to a meeting for a year and his first day back his hand is up in a watchtower study.. he then wants to try that s^%$ on my children and then we are in a fight, i am afraid i am just married too it being that i lost my dad early in life not to death but he just left and i grew up with out him in my life i feel bad spliting up.

  my youngest son tells me all the time how much he hates his father, i hate to say deep inside if i were him i would also hate my husband.

  I left my JW husband a year ago. He was also raised in the so called truth. He was verbaly and emotionally abusive. My girls hate him, and so do I. It was hard at first, but as time goes by, it gets easier. Trust me, I am so glad I am out, and my daughters are so much happier it's unbelievable. If he tries to say anything bad about you leaving, just tell him what I told my husband, Jehovah knows the truth, therefore, my conscience is clean.

  The only reason it grosses me out it is because my ex had an uncle that was gay. I came over one day, and he was in the next room with a guy, doing their business. I used the restroom next to that bedroom, and heard stuff that literally grossed me out. Am I scared of being physically nausiated? Absolutely, can't help that feeling

  An old pastor lay dying. He sent a message for an IRS agent and his lawyer to come to the hospital. When they arrived, they were ushered up to his room. As they entered the room, the pastor held out his hands and motioned for them to sit on each side of the bed. The pastor grasped their hands, sighed contentedly, smiled, and stared at the ceiling. For a time, no one said anything. Both the IRS agent and lawyer were touched and flattered that the old man would ask them to be with him during his final moments. They were also puzzled because the pastor had never given any indication that he particularly liked either one of them. Finally, the Lawyer asked, "Pastor, why did you ask the two of us to come here?"   I think there is a little too much for you here to read, other wise, you would have read that some of us have already studied, in my case over 7 years while married to a life long witness that treated me like royal crap. Used me and abused me in all ways you can imagine, and his congregation is sticking by his sorry side. The only thing I have learned is that the organization is a bunch of back stabbing hypocrites. Telling me in my bible studies anything discussed was confidential, then spilling their guts at the first chance. Elders dropping f bombs on their brothers, getting DUI's, etc. They would not give marital council because I was not baptized, however, after leaving him a year ago, you'd think I was baptized, becuase they treat me like I was but DF'd. I was told that my grandmother, who devoted her entire life to Jesus, one of the best people you could ever meet, even the jerks in my family said she was to, that she would never make it into the new world, because after her mother being a bible student, and my grandmother being bounced as a babe on Rutherford's knee, that she knew the truth and didn't practice it, whatever! Brainwash someone else
