That's pretty damn interesting. Working in the Psych field, I've done alot of research on Biploar, and this is a new one to me. I have seen more diet-based research, such as the benefit of omega-3 fatty acids (found in fish and other organic sources)for people suffering with Bipolar d/o. This is something. I just don't know if I can talk the shrinks I work with to start importing pig feed...

The couldn't proove to me that the Bible was the only god-inspired book without using..well...the Bible! Plus seeing the obese alcoholic elders destroying their bodies and yet stalking people for accusations of smoking! And to top it off, while I was in nursing school and already working as an ER tech I strongly began to disagree with their stance on the blood issue, esp. when it come to children...

What's Your Definition of "Spiritual Need?...
by expatbrit in"spiritual need.
" one of the jw's favourite catchphrases.
"we are conscious of our spiritual need" they say in a self-congratulatory way.. "the vast majority are not conscious of their spiritual need" they say in a condemnatory way, to provide some reason why no one listens to them any more.. so what is it?.
-
DanielHaase
Val,
Pretty with you on your interpretation of "spiritual need". The WTS branded this term as their own and used it to push their propaganda to fill the brothers and sisters' "need". -

Ozz,
It's a bit odd, but I actually know more about the prophetic teachings and such than when I was a witness! And I was raised a witness. How sad. -

I thought the Christian Science folks were the only ones who really believed that sin (or lack of faith) caused sin. My goodness.
