  how hard would it be?.

  i have been going out with a 53 year old lady, very nice, good looking,sweet but she can be a fanatic when it comes to what.

  I agree w/James woods who mentioned that 16 left Jamestown.Hey,at least 16 were saved,right? And I think that people,some people,need something to believe in,and especially if it makes them feel superior to everyone else.They will condemn the "persecution.Remeber the 'Stockholm Syndrome"explaination?

  The witnesses are totally spinning this news as a "sign" of the beginning of the end.What simpletons! And for the rcord,It was never fun going out in service for most of us,I think.Im so glad to see them geeting the bad press they deserve!So very glad!!!

  if so, did you enjoy the show?.

  i loved it.

  missed quite a few episodes due to attending kh meetings, but i'm making up for that.. the show reminds me so of growing up in a large family, having to share everything, and looking out for each other..

  OK, I am too old and missing it - but what is this SPARLOCK phenomenon?

  at first, i thought it was some legitimate cartoon character (disney or such) that the society was putting down as "demonized".. then, i started getting the idea that perhaps (unbelievably) the society had made him up as a negative "teaching device" to warn jw kids about "worldly demonism".... can this possibly be true?.

  surely not even the wtbts could be that stupid!!!.

  can somebody explain this to me, please???

  Wow,The dad has a strange accent,at times its spanish,other times middle Eurpoean..Ive never known witnesses to relate to their kids in any WAY like that.Where are th ebeatings and threat?The fat lips and bruised bodies? The dubs are starting to target another age group now,as the older ones are gone,and a lot of middle aged folks are able to call a snake a snake and have walked away...Nasty cult.very nasty.

  selling my mums house.my dad was an elder for like 30 years.he had copies of every jw publication ever.multiple copies of some of this stuff.im ready to burn it in a bonfire,but it occurred to me that it might be valuable in like,research,orlaw suits or such?if anyone wants anything in particular,let me know,if i have it,its yours!just pay the shipping fee{el cheapo book rate}..i noticed every yearbook, and also the bound volumns of the wathctower and awake,all the way back to the middle of last century.let me know,if not,there will be a large bonfire in early september...hehhehheh.

  Wow,see,my experiance with Ebay and JW literature was not so great.I had some old books listed and they would get bidded up high and then the auction would end,then nothing! Yeah,you can give them a negative,but after 5 or 6 times,I just got tired of it...ill pass it to you folks,Ill get a more comprehensive list tomorrow.You guys rock,thanks so much!

  where else can ex jw`s, current jw`s, lurkers,and anybody else who for one reason or another comes to this forum to put forward a question ,seek an answer , debate a point ,or just stir the pot ?

  and is not somehow going to go away much the wiser ?

  the serious topics are equivalent to a univerity education often with references that are priceless.the debates about god or no god are priceless too.and of course their are many humourous sides to many of the posts ,some cases taking the mickey out of our serious questions,all in good humour.
