I ordered the gift for my recipient last week. Unfortunately, I got confirmation saying they are out of stock so delivery will happen shortly after Christmas.

So very sorry for delayed delivery but sending direct to recipient to save delivery time. I hope you like it!

Oh, I'm hoping more participants will put their 'wishes' and likes here...

For me, Holiday Socks, Holiday Gloves, Holiday Earings (pierced). Holiday Dish Towels. Christmas ornaments.

I am partial to Snowmen, Snowflakes and Penguins - but anything christmasy is great.

Nuts, Candies, Chocolates.

My mother passed away this morning...

for any old-school ex-jws here that remember my many posts about my abusive jw mother and my sister committing suicide because of it...she passed away this morning because she began to bleed out and refused a transfusion.

she had been in the hospital for a month.

it appears she suffered a stroke and wasn't found by the brothers & sisters for three days (they missed her at the meetings).

We're going to Disneyland! Any tips?

my family and i will be heading to california next week to go to disneyland.

we have two children under 4, so i was thinking about bringing at least one stroller.. what is the weather like in november?

would a sweatshirt be warm enough, or a light winter coat?

And I'm north of WhaHappened. Which puts me about an hour from Disneyland.

Bring a stroller. You can also rent one there if you decide the other child needs a separate one.

Prepare to spend lots and lots of money. Not sure what the current food policy is, but you might want to go to the grocery store and pack some snacks and drinks.

For what to do on Saturday, might depend on which airport you are flying out of. I think there are 3 within 30 minutes of Disney: LAX, John Wayne (SantaAna), and LongBeach.

even though wikipedia isn't perfect, and you still have to vet and research anything you read online, it has proved invaluable to me and many others out there over the last few years since we learned ttatt.

articles on jehovah's witnesses and the watchtower corporations, as well as cognitive dissonance, et al.

have made it a great place to help those that want to free their minds, which includes me lol!.

I don't believe anyone has ever received a thank you like that from the WTS.

I also believe that everyone of us has also been on the receiving end of valuable information from Wikipedia at some point in our lives.
